Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home in a delightful area, conveniently located near a golf course. This tranquil retreat is situated on six acres of beautifully fenced gardens that are lovingly maintained by the owners. Here, you can enjoy the great outdoors with the convenience of modern amenities.

The lounge room features a large lounge suite with an open fireplace, an L C D flatscreen T V, a D V D player, a V C R, a stereo, coffee table, lamp, bookshelf, settee, easy chairs, desk, and a dining table. The large Sunroom is located at the rear verandah, it offers a wood slow combustion fireplace, a flued gas heater, easy chairs, and a modular lounge.

Enjoy the open fireplace in the lounge and a slow combustion wood fireplace in the large sunroom. Please note that wood is not supplied, but it can be purchased from local service stations.

The kitchen is spacious and refurbished with polished floors and a gas heater. It's equipped with a two-door refrigerator, a large gas stove/oven, a microwave, an electric fry pan, a kettle, a toaster, and ample crockery, cutlery, and culinary essentials. There are two timber dining suites - one in the lounge area for six guests and another in the large sunroom for eight guests.

The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities, and an outdoor clothesline.

Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Parking - there is a single garage for your convenience.

The property features a championship tennis court for sports enthusiasts. Enjoy the six acres of beautifully fenced gardens with outdoor furniture and a gas B B Q (stored in the garage).

Important Note Regarding the Outdoor Fire Pit - the outdoor fire pit is available for use outside of the bush fire season and on non-windy days for safety reasons. The fire pit will be closed starting on 01/09/23 due to dry conditions.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configuration

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed (single bed located in small sunroom off bedroom 1)
Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single beds - Singles cannot be converted to king beds
Back sunroom area has a Double Futon and a single built-in bed. (please note the Futon will not be made up as a bed, however linen etc is available).

Bathroom 1 - Shower and toilet
Bathroom 2 - Bath, shower over bath and toilet

Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 8 guests.

Bedding & Linen - all beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival. Bath towels including bathmats and hand towels are also provided along with tea towels for the kitchen. Doonas/blankets pillows.

Finchley offers a 4pm Sunday check-out when there is no other booking checking in on the same day.
