This light-filled beach cottage is designed to capture the essence of coastal living, combining comfort with thoughtful design. The open-plan living area invites you to relax with plush sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and stunning ocean views through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that lead to the expansive deck. The kids’ rumpus room, complete with a second flat-screen TV and plenty of space to play, adds a thoughtful touch for families.

The kitchen, a dream for home cooks, features a stand-alone chef’s gas oven and is well-equipped for casual breakfasts to family dinners. The adjoining dining space offers the perfect spot to share meals while soaking in the ever-changing ocean vista. Outside, the deck beckons with a gas BBQ and alfresco seating, creating the ideal setting to enjoy local wine as waves crash in the distance.

The primary bedroom is a private retreat with a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a cosy queen bed. The third bedroom, with two sets of bunk beds, is a fun haven for kids. Air-conditioning and WiFi throughout ensure a comfortable stay year-round, and the modern bathroom is complemented by a private outdoor shower, ideal after beach trips.

Gracetown is renowned for its stunning surf breaks, including North Point, South Point, and Huzzas, perfect for surfers of all skill levels. Nature lovers will enjoy sections of the Cape to Cape Track, which passes through the area, offering stunning coastal views and opportunities for wildlife spotting. The nearby Margaret River region is a wine lover’s paradise, home to award-winning wineries like Vasse Felix and Cullen Wines, where you can indulge in tastings and gourmet dining.

For dining and drinks, head to nearby favourites like Olio Bello in Cowaramup, where you can savour Mediterranean-inspired dishes amidst serene olive groves, or Rustico at Hay Shed Hill in Wilyabrup, known for its exquisite tapas and wine pairings.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
