Shorelands is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Holiday Home located in Gracetown. This house has been recently renovated and is so close to the beach that by the time you get back from your swim, you will still be dripping water.

This absolutely stunning and outstanding property boats with ocean views from the balcony and outdoor dining area. A house of angles that adds interest to the overall design, and with a recent renovation there is now another living room downstairs as well as one upstairs. Also great for those colder winter months with a lounge and dining area with indoor fireplace. Relax in comfort at the spacious Shorelands.

Such a great location, ideal if you are wanting to kick back and wind down. Parking is available from the front of the property. Great for medium sized family with older children or 2 couples with the 2 living rooms.

Activities: Quiet seaside town, beaches, walking, tennis, safe swimming beaches within walking distance, fishing, boating, wineries, breweries, chocolate factories, fresh produce markets, animal farm, horse riding, olive oil farm, hiking cape to cape, snorkelling.

Gracetown is just a hop skip away from worlds finest wineries so make sure to check some out on your holiday. It is your base to explore with the whole family. Gracetown has a local store, cafe and a bottle shop.

Note: This house is for family holidays only (as are all of our holiday homes), and is not a venue for functions, party house or to be used for social gatherings. Seaside Homes does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.

Bed 2 & 3 not suitable for very young children as there are "external" stairs which are used to access the upper level.

Great location, house not maintained well

The location of the house was excellent and it had a great veranda with a fabulous view. Unfortunately the house had a very bad drainage smell which could not be got rid of despite trying and ruined our long weekend away. The BBQ was not maintained and we were unable to cook on it. My complaint to the managing agent did not get a response hence the review as I would not want others to have a similar experience.

Great, peaceful property

This is a great place to stay for a relaxing weekend. Location is awesome: short walk to the beach and Gracetown general store. Lovey views of the bay from the balcony. The place is large and has everything you need.

Young family fail

Children’s rooms are completely separated from main bedroom by two exterior doors (locked at night for security) and a spiral staircase. Kids were freaked out to be so separated from adults. This was unclear in the brief or photos. House was not clean and dishwasher was loaded and dirty on arrival. Kitchen equipment in poor or dirty condition. Balcony outdoor chairs (Light aluminium) were blown around by weather and had to be stacked inside
