Lovely spot right on the Malecon. Easy to get a pulmonic or walk to Golden zone or Centro.

We were able to watch the presidents day parade from the balcony. We had a wonderful time. We found a laundry shop not far from the unit.

Beachfront near Centro and Old Mazatlán

I really got the full experience of Mazatlán, with Banda music playing from the beach, and being able to walk to everything of interest in the Centro, old town, and Embarcadero. I loved shopping for food in the mercado, and the seafood at Palapa Puerto Azul across the street was fresh and amazing. It was wonderful to be able to relax in the sun on the rooftop, and the lap pool is refreshingly cool. Sam is helpful and responsive, and a kind man. I would stay here again!
