Great rental with a few improvements needed to make it perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for a family vacation rental. 7 of us stayed and young (8- and 9-year-olds) through old (70s) enjoyed the house, yard, location, and amenities very much. We may come back next year.There were a few minor things that would make it better. Some windows did not have screens, some equipment could be updated (a/c in 1st floor BR, clothes dryer, Teflon pans, need sharper knives).Also, some conflicts between information given by rental company and card left by homeowners (days of trash collection & WiFi access)Overall we had a great time. Brewster is great with lots to do (including many beaches) and easy access to the rest of the Cape.
