Clean , tidy, central and roomy house .4 double spacious bedrooms (3 with access to outside ) 1 en-suite, 2 separate bathrooms. 2 car garage. outdoor grassed area with dining furniture, and roof top seating . With lovely views. 3 Balconies for outdoor living and views to beach and Mauao. Very handy to everything the mount has to offer. Easy 5 min walk to town, cafes and restaurants, and delightful village shopping. 100m to beach surf. Everything at your fingertips.
Outdoor shower, and room for toys.
2 extra Roll away beds can be arranged in downstairs room for extra charge $40 p/bed per night , and bed linen at $80 p/stay , please check with owner regarding this prior to stay .
