We upgraded our home amenities to take your vacation experience to another level. We have transformed the house into an elegant and comfortable vacation home. Located at the heart of Fort Myers you will be literally near everything, shopping centers, great restaurants, and less than 15 minutes away from the beach and the airport. An open concept home that will make your family enjoy and have great time! Over 2200 square feet, 4 beds, 3 baths... pool and jacuzzi, BBQ area and much more! Will you miss that?

Ps. For our guests safety there are two outdoor cameras. One in the front of the property and one in the back.

Convenient and Accommodating

My family of 8 were in town for my sons wedding. This house worked out great for us. Very close to just about everything we needed. Plenty of space for a large group yet plenty of privacy when necessary. Would recommend and stay again.

Great experience

Our group of 4 friends came down for spring training games and stayed the week at this beautiful home. It met our needs perfectly. Owner was very responsive to our needs. The property actually exceeded my friend’s expectations. A great stay with lots of laughs.

Wonderful Home

Nice size home plenty of space for everyone. Quite neighborhood but still close to restaurants and stores. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Outdoor space was wonderful we spent much of our time out back playing board games or in the hot t/p00oltub/pool⁷

The house was very clcomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and location was very central to restaurants and shopping. The owner was responsive and. The only comment I would have is the picture quality on the TV

Great getaway

Our family had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Communication was great with owner with fast replies. He was nice and let us check in 2 hours early which worked great for us. The inside of house was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend

Great family get-together

Dump in a dump neighborhood

The place is a dump and the surrounding area was awful. The kitchen was kinda redone but everything else was super old. Also.. zero still or chairs around the bar, The kitchen is updated, but the rest of the house meets tremendous work. The area outside by the pool side yard, which is completely dilapidated and dangerous

Max's 13th Birthday Party

We surprised our son with a Pool Party Sleepover for him and 7 of his friends. There were enough places to sleep, hang out, and bathrooms... and parents room off to the side with big tv and its own bathroom. Living room cozy with big TV and we set the XBox up for them. The kitchen was huge and since it was just the 2 weekend nights, we didn't cook but theres enough equipment for that if needed. Everything was clean. We are local, so it was nice to have more room for the kids to enjoy being together and having the pool. We will rent this house again Im sure. Oh and Owner was available and courteous.

Perfect home

I selected this property because I had to be in the area for a funeral and lots of family would be coming to visit. This home was exactly what i needed. Extremely spacious. Very nice pool area. 4 bedrooms (only 1 bedroom tv, that shows a green picture). Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. I would absolutely book this home again. My only complaint, if we want to call it that is parking. Only 4 cars can be in the driveway. Any other cars would need to park 3 blocks away and walk back to the home. I had my guests park there but I picked them up so that they didn't have to walk. Other than that, I'm very happy with my stay.

Short trip for Wedding

The house is one of the nicest on the street however, the houses that surround are junky. Neighbor directly across the street was policing our coming and going, giving us unwanted instructions about the recycle bin (very obvious it was a recycle bin) and policing how we entered the driveway with our SUV. Baby raccoon in the roof during the day. Rat/large mouse outside of screening of pool at night. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom only (sleeps 10, we had 8 adults and that is not enough toilet paper for 8 adults.) One roll of paper towel. Minimal trash bags 2-3? Location was near to a lot. Time estimates to various locations was correct. Property manager was responsive with answers during our stay. Fair experience overall.

Owners tried but need to address some things

The home is located in a very run down neighborhood but only 4 blocks from 41 so convenient for shopping, restaurants etc. There was a lack of supplies. No garbage bags except what was in the can to start with. Only 4 dishwasher tabs, only enough laundry soap to do 2 loads, only a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. Not anywhere near enough for a 2 week stay. There was ample dishes, kitchen ware and towels, including beach towels. No TV in master bedroom. The tub in the hall bath was awful. The enamel peeling away. There was not a book of written instructions on using Alexa, the TV, the pool and spa, etc. On a positive note, the saving grace of this home is the private pool and spa. We had trouble keeping the pool and spa heated but the owners were responsive and controlled it remotely. Note that there are cameras in the pool area. I was also concerned that the owner showed up early one morning to service the pool without informing us. If I had walked out to the pool with my morning coffee and there was a man out there, I would have been afraid and startled. The owners were responsive within minutes of my texts and questions.
