Villa 1 Bright and Sunny, Open Floor Plan, Pool, Hot Tub

Bright and sunny, the house has a very open floor plan. The doors in the living room, master bedroom, and guest bedroom open completely to allow the outdoors to become part of the house and entertaining space.

The saltwater pool is large with both electric and solar heat and the 6 people hot tub is heated by electricity.
Feel free to walk down to your private dock area to relax, fish, or simply watch the wildlife go by.

Don't miss hiking and biking in this exclusive, safe Palaco Grande neighborhood, nicknamed the "Gold Coast" of Cape Coral. We provide 2 bikes for your use as well as 2 kayaks for water adventure. Boaters will love the 2 minutes, around the corner, no bridge access to the river. It's a quick boat or car ride to Sanibel, Captiva, and the Gulf of Mexico with lots of fun park and restaurant stops in between.

At day end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here on your private lanai, sipping a beverage and grilling southern Florida fresh seafood.

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

Beautiful home! Everything about this house was perfect! Well stocked with everything we needed! We had 6 adults and everyone was comfortable. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend Fins for great food in a casual atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool area every day. I would definitely stay here again. Great for families also. Great home near everything in Cape Coral

The owners thought of everything. Not only do they provide fishing gear, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, coolers, etc., they made the house accessible for those of us who have challenges with walking.I cannot thank the owners and the people at Sue Larson Realty enough. Everyone was helpful and great to work with. We will rent this home again next year!

This place was absolutely amazing! It was very clean and really does look just like the pictures. It has most things you would need in the kitchen including spices. There are pool floats and a few life jackets as well as some sand toys etc. We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely stay again! Thank you! :)

Travelled with my family including an 11 month old and 2.5 year old. The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The pool was fantastic - my kids loved it. The availability of bikes, kayaks and other toys made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend.

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very pretty, and decorated tastefully. We felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything you needed. Even had spices. The pool was amazing and large. Lots of towels for the pool and beach. We loved it there and would definitely rent it again if we go to Cape Coral.
