The Beach Hut - Beach Perfection

This well-kept beach house with 2 x bedrooms is perfect for that beach holiday with family, friends and your furry fellas who we cant leave behind. Ideally located the property is only a ten-minute stroll into Anglesea itself with cafes, shops, local supermarket for all your supplies, stock up and head back to the property to relax.

Beside the home are walking and running tracks, the river for a spot of fishing, bike paths, the Anglesea beaches, the main beach for a bit of surfing or the kid friendly Point Roadknight Beach, both patrolled in the summer months. Also 5 minutes in the other direction is the Golf Course, mini golf for the kids, the famous kangaroos that laze on the greens, local National Parks with amazing local fauna and wild-life and dirt bike areas. There really is something for everyone, if being active is not on your radar then cruise the famous Great Ocean Road and check out the views.

The property features a reverse cycle heater/cooling system, wood- fire, outside seating and BBQ area, enclosed back yard.

Beach Hut is a vibrant coastal home that has recently been updated, full kitchen facilities available, look no further for your next beach holiday or weekend away.

Great location

This is the second time we have stayed here. It's just across the street from the path to town so very convenient. About 35 minute walk to the ocean. Comfortable and clean. Kitchen and bathroom could be doing with an update but ok. Needs minor maintenance eg door lock, toilet drips at times.

Great location, but a little lacking

The Beach Hut was conveniently close to the river, shops, The Coast resort with trampolining centre and day spa, and restaurants. Some areas had been updated but the bathroom needed updating. The beds were pretty comfortable and there was an electric blanket in the master bedroom. There were DVDs, puzzles and board games, a table tennis table outside and a basketball hoop, although the basketball needs to be inflated. There is a gap under the gate. Fake lawn. Wifi code on fridge. BYO everything, including detergent, matches and kindling for the fire.

Very comfortable

This house is small but great for a couple or small family. The position is fantastic, its a short walk along the trail to the river and beach. Also an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The wood fire was fantastic on the cold nights we were there. The tv in the lounge has the clearest picture. There is a table tennis table and a basketball hoop for families. Also many board games and books. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

Great weekend getaway

Lovely little house in a great location - walking distance from shops and cafes, tucked away in a nice quiet street. Nice grassed enclosed yard for the dog and wood fire for cold days. Fantastic spot for a weekend away.

Just perfect

This house was an ideal getaway for us (four adults and a beaglexbassett). Unassuming from the outside, it was charming indoors. Close enough to shops and a short drive to great beaches. Aircon kept the whole house cool. Looking forward to returning to enjoy the fireplace in winter. Highly recommended.

We ((2 adults, 1 kids & Labradoodle) stayed for 3 nights. Great location! House was clean, pretty & our dog loved the secure & large backyard. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend
