The kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances and is well stocked for both gourmet and casual cooking. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 swivel glider chairs, 55 inch Sony 4K smart TV and DVD player. The custom made dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar stools accommodate an additional 3. The wet bar has a large capacity KitchenAid ice maker. The master suite features a king sized bed, a 45 inch flat screen Samsung 4K smart TV. Custom blackout curtains and sheers allow complete privacy or filtered light. The master suite bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, granite countertops, an oversized walk in shower and separate toilet area. The beautifully furnished guest bedroom has a queen sized bed, and flat screen TV. The guest bath has granite countertops and a tiled walk in shower. Large capacity washer and dryer are tucked behind folding doors. The 11th floor balcony provides a gorgeous view and has a high dining table and chairs with matching chaise lounge. There is access to the balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom. This property has Cox Cable, free WiFi, and Netflix included. This unit is non-smoking and requires a Saturday to Saturday stay in the summer.
