Perfect for families

We had such a wonderful stay at this rental home! It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation. The house was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for families — perfect for kids of all ages.The location couldn’t have been better — less than two blocks from the beach access, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. We especially loved how close it was to the local marketplace and the private beaches, which felt peaceful and never too crowded.The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and family-friendly — a real gem. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this home to friends and family!

This was our second time renting the house and it was amazing. The location is perfect! Close to beach, poppy market place and a playground for kids. The house is clean and has everything you need. Great vacation!

Perfect Cape Vacation

This was the perfect house and location for our cape vacation as a family of 4. We loved the easy walk to the beach and all of the amazing amenities that came with the house. We will be back!!!

Perfect little house for our stay on the Cape!

This house is adorable. Very well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy a carefree week at the beach. Location is great - a short walk to the beach. Very well kept - kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home and there were so many things that made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back!

Perfect for a hot 2 weeks!

Stayed here for 2 weeks including 1 week of official “heat wave”. Short walk to local beach, 1/4 mile to Popponessett spit, my favorite beach and well worth the walk or bike ride. Very well provisioned, a/c kept us cool, and beautiful kitchen, although we either grilled or ate out.

Great house very close to the beach!!!

What a wonderful house and perfectly located (less than a 5-minute walk) to the beach. It is the perfect house for a small family getaway... very clean, wonderfully kept up, and accessible to town/beach. The house had a great collection of beach supplies (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.). We look forward to renting again. Highly recommend!

Early Summer Cape Week

We had a terrific time renting with Paul. This was our second time staying at this home, and it was just as enjoyable as our first go-around. The home is well stocked with appliances and features an impressive kitchen. Beds were quite comfortable as well. The central AC was appreciated on a very humid week for this time of year. The home is in close proximity to beautiful Poppy beach and marketplace with dining/golf/shops/music as well as the community center, all walkable and providing for loads of fun family activities. Paul is very easy to communicate with as a host. We would definitely come again. Thanks!

Perfect for 4-5 people-amazing area

We fell in love with the Popponessett area. House had all amenities, even a Vitamix blender. The walk to the beach is so short that we had no trouble carrying our gear there. Since the beach is privately owned, you'll have lots of privacy. Our girls drove to the west coast scenic bike path in a short time. In fact, we drove throughout the entire Cape. The landlord responded instanttly to the one minor issue we had. So many fun places within a short drive. Girls stored their bikes in the shed when not in use.

Nice friendly location

Great place for a family of 5! The neighbors are all so friendly, every time we walked to the beach there would be a friendly smile or wave. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. The property manager responded quickly with any questions we had. Overall, it was an excellent time and would recommend the property. The only thing to mention/suggest was the checkout responsibilities, usually there is a checklist with things like start washing machine, start or empty dishwasher, empty garbage, strip bedding etc.. but the leave it as you clean as you received it, or something like that, while also paying a large cleaning fee, was a bit confusing for me. This still wouldn't deter me from staying here :)

Wonderful house and location

We had a great time and the property was such an easy walk to the beach, and walkable/bike ride to Poppy Market. The house kitchen was very well stocked with any tools/utensils/etc you'd need.....just like your own house. Only downside to be aware of in that area is a very bad Verizon cell area....but that is no fault of this particular property. We had a great time and would rent again if it works out!

Wonderful Summer Week at the Cape

This poppy rental was a great home base for our week long Cape vacation. Very close to a private community beach (5 minute walk) and well equipped with kitchen/grill supplies, lawn games/chairs, beach necessities (cart, umbrellas, chairs, toys), and books/board games (for the rainy days). Close to the marketplace as well (15-20min walk, 3 minute drive) with lots of neat stores, restaurants, music, and mini golf. House well very clean and comes as pictured. Paul was very easy to work with and quick with communication. Great for smaller families/groups. Would highly recommend!

Good communication through process. 5 minute walk to beach at end of street and maybe a minute or two longer to get to larger beach. House was clean - with updated kitchen and main bathroom.
