Beautiful place

Wonderful week exploring Cape Cod

Had a wonderful stay, unit had everything we needed, clean and easy to access. Sunsets were spectacular just a short drive away. Only wish we could've enjoyed the pool.

The place was great. The 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms on separate floors was ideal for 2 couples. The pool was nice and warm even in late September. The villa was well stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Family Trip

Loved this property and the area. We had stayed in New Seabury for the first time last year in a different area and loved it. This year, we were looking for a larger home with a pool for our family and the property was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Also the property and area was very quiet and convenient. Would recommend!

Wonderful House!

Stayed here with my husband, brother and sister in law and it was the perfect size for us and the pool was wonderful. The 4 is only because it’s a little secluded, which is both a plus and a minus (should be a 4.5). Ai would 100% recommend this house to anyone and would for sure stay here again. Thank you, Paul!

The two bedroom townhouse condo was beautiful. In mint condition. Step right out of living room to pool. Property manager was responsive and helpful. We loved it.

Great location/beaches

Property was great for a family of 4. Heated pool was great for entertaining the kids. A little disappointed there was a beach pass advertised on the welcome letter, but found out the house did not come with one. Close to beaches/shopping/dinning was great. Overall stay was a great time.

Beautiful house

My husband and I recently stayed at this property for our anniversary. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoons. The house was very clean, well equipped, and has a gas grill, which was perfect for cooking out in the evenings. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walks, and located near shopping, golf, and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Place!

The home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the pool the first night. The light colored couch had a rickety arm when we arrived. It wasn’t a problem, just reporting. The 9:30AM checkout time was inconvenient when having to wash, dry and fold all towels.

Relaxing stay at this amazing property!

We had a great week at this amazing property and exploring Mashpee and surrounding areas. My 4 yo was obsessed with the pool, and it was so nice having it right there for dips pretty much every day and made it easy for us to relax without the pressure of doing too much. The remoteness of the property may be a negative for folks who prefer walkable vacations, but that's part of the allure of the Cape. We were able to check out the town beaches and ventured to the Cape Cod Children's Museum right down the road on a rainy day to get out some energy! The Popponesset Markerplace was truly a one stop shop and set off our week at the Cape with some live music while we grabbed some food & mini golf and ice cream later in the week. Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great private villa on beautiful golf course

Paul was a wonderful host during our stay at the pool villas on our recent vacation to the cape! He was very responsive to all of our questions regarding the property and its ammenities. We loved being able to enjoy the private heated pool, the villa itself and the scenic neighborhood on the golf course. The villa was very clean and had anything and everything you could imagine from pool floaties and cleaning supplies to every kitchen supply you'd need. We had a very peaceful and relaxing vacation and would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Nice stay but expensive

The property isn’t directly accessed from a driveway. You do have to climb stairs or carry cases across gravel. It’s a shame there wasn’t a welcome pack which we’ve had in other VRBO properties like some coffee or milk just to get you started. The television in the bedroom isn’t connected. We feel overall it’s a decent property but incredibly expensive when you include all the fees and taxes for what it offers.

Beautifully updated

This well-maintained and updated property offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. You'll find an abundance of towels and kitchen amenities for your convenience. Although the directions on Waze might be a bit tricky, make sure to drive down far enough when you arrive. While the pool had some difficulty heating, Paul, our responsive and available contact, was there to support us. Thankfully, the pool temperature stayed around 80 degrees for the majority of our stay. Enjoy a wonderful time at the pool villa in New Seabury! We can’t to return.

The pool villas are a nice location and we have stayed there for many years. The house was very clean but the pool was dirty when we arrived Saturday. we requested it be cleaned. They showed up on Thursday at 1 pm while I was in the pool. There were no TVs in bedrooms The patio furniture was awful There were only 2 chairs for the table most units have 4 chairs plus the bench it was awkward when my sister came for lunch. We had to use our beach chairs

A clean, quiet retreat in New Seabury

Upon our arrival, we found the property to be incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Paul provides some essentials like toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent which is very helpful. We spent our days reading by the pool on the comfortable lounge chairs or taking short drives to Mashpee Commons and Popponesset Market. While no fault of the owners or Paul, we had trouble making phone calls from our cell phones while at the unit (Verizon). Our only request would be to move check-out from 9am to 10am. Having one more hour in the morning would be helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you, Paul & team.

Lovely trip

We loved our stay in New Seabury…Mews with a Pool section…the 2bed/2bath unit with 1bdrm up a long flight of stairs and 1 on the first floor was spotless and very enjoyable…looked freshly painted…very nice to have a starter of toilet paper etc but you do need to bring your personal toiletries…shampoo, toothpaste, bath soap etc…the kitchen area was well equipped with a nice Kuerig machine…bring your preferred cups and all the comforts of home… We did not use the plunge pool but it was there with a nice area with a table and grill…I do think the lounge chair pads shld be cleaned and kept inside…I highly recommend this rental…I would have given this unit a 5 star rating instead of 4 if it had a tv and comfortable reading club chair or recliner to sit in in each bedroom and c more comfortable furniture but it was all nice and I would rent again…
