HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Great Property in a Great Location

We rented this place to stay during a conference that was being held a mile away at the Gaylord Palms Resort. The place is amazing and close to the resort and other Disney properties. Would definitely stay again.

It was just right!

Attending a work conference nearby, the space was perfect for me and my staff. Got more than what we expected! Pictures do not lie. Really thought the welcome basket was an excellent touch. Very clean and didn’t feel like we were missing anything. Working with the management company was easy. They sent us all the info that we needed to not have to have any worries when we arrived. Quiet and located in a great spot to access all of the restaurants and attractions nearby. I will book here again on any return trips to Orlando.

Very well appointed home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed, nicely designed, & very comfortable. The layout of this home would be very conducive to multiple families. There’s a first floor master suite, an upstairs master suite, & 2 bedrooms that would be great for kids. A few things to note, pay attention to the building number sign plaques. Building 21 can not be seen from the parking areas as it’s the center building of a 9- building block. Also, it’s furnished with bath towels & hand towels, but you’ll need to provide your own wash cloths/loofah/scrubbie/etc. I did not realize that beforehand. So maybe this can save someone else a trip to the store. I can’t speak about the community amenities as this was mainly a work trip & we didn’t have time to check them out. That being said, I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook & try them all out at a more leisurely pace. Great place, great hosts.

Pictures do not adequately depict the property. It absolutely does not accommodate 10 people. AC broken for 7 hours despite paying for early check in ON THANKSGIVING DAY. Did not even stay the night. My advice, do your research.

The ONLY complaint I can even say about this listing ha that they do not furnish washcloths. Please add that detail to your listing bc no one “wants” to have to go find a store after being at the parks all day, sweaty, exhausted & all funky.. If we had only knew, we would have just packed them to bring. EVERYTHING else was wonderful! Thank you
