Relax in this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with hot tub access. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private deck. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk. Relax in front of the gas fireplace or BBQ after a day in the mountains. The unit also has in-suite washer/dryer.

COMPLEX: SUNPATH
The Sunpath complex features a superb location with a pool and hot tub within the complex. Only a six-minute walk to the lifts, and also a short walk to the Whistler Conference Centre and all Village attractions. The Marketplace mall is located nearby and includes grocery and liquor stores.

LOCATION: VILLAGE NORTH
Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of the main Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 5th, 6th, and 7th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 75% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 45 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 45 days before check-in.

Great location and lots of room
We stayed here with 3 adults, 3 kids and a dog and there was more than enough room for all of us. Walking distance to the village and lifts. Very easy check in and check out. Everything was in good working order and clean. Will return soon!!!

Great location! Lots of space and good value! ***Private feedback showed a 4 for cleanliness -Lastly all of the window screens are full of dust and pollen. We did briefly vacuum the main bedroom and the living room screens. The others all need a power wash or cleaning. -The sink in the upper left bathroom is draining very slowly and the small hand towel rack in the upper right bathroom looks to be coming out of its hole in the wall.
