The home is built on pylons, as all ocean front homes are in this area.
It's a full flight of stairs to reach the main floor, where the kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, laundry room, three sitting areas and one of two wrap around decks are. You can see the ocean and access the deck from every room on this level except the bathroom and the laundry room.

All 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with the shared full Master Bath and an additional full Bathroom. You can see the ocean and access the second floor wrap around deck from every room on this level except the twin bedroom and the shared full Bathroom.

CLOSE to great locally owned restaurants, outlet shopping (tax free), state parks, the inland bay, local unique shops, breweries, wineries, distilleries, nature preserves, animal encounters and more.

We have very few open weeks each year because 75% of my guests return every year. Many families have stayed/returned for over 10 years and counting.

LARGE DRIVEWAY - the largest driveway for parking of any area home. Easily park 6 cars without anyone being blocked in, above 6, a few will be blocked in.

SUNRISE - you will have front row.

OUTLET SHOPPING in Rehoboth Beach - Delaware is tax free, and only a short drive to the north.

STATE PARKS to hike, explore, learn history, including Assateague Island (National Seashore State Park) to see wild Horses and more, just 27 miles south!

BERLIN, MD - a wonderful little town with shops and restaurants

BIKING and JOGGING - the Bethany Beach area has clearly marked lanes to travel south to Fenwick Island and north to Indian River and Dewey Beach.

BOATING - locally rent or launch your boat at the marina near by.

Home rents Friday 3:00PM - Friday 10:00AM, rental rates vary by the seasonal week.

2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, ocean views and direct access to the deck
1 bedroom with 2 twin (single) beds with a view of community
1 full bath for second floor bedrooms

You will need to rent or bring:
BED SHEETS (LINENS), BATH TOWELS and BEACH GEAR...There are several local businesses who rent and deliver / pick up these items as well as bicycles, kid stuff and more! I can provide you with a list of places to contact or search the internet in the Bethany Beach DE 19930 area.

PROVIDED: Pillows (at lease one per head), blankets and comforters. Pillows and mattresses have protective covers on them.
The pull out couch, queen size, is located on the main floor library area, next to the full bath room.

GROUND FLOOR - The beach and ocean are only a short walk away on a barefoot friendly pathway made of patio pavers, which takes you to the community boardwalk and out to the ocean.

OUTDOOR SHOWER is on the ocean side ground level of the home to use after you 'play' on the beach.

BBQ GRILL - uses propane - is located on the ground floor patio, outside. Check the amount of propane BEFORE grilling, look before you cook - consider it propane lotto! There are several local places to exchange the propane, including G&E Hardware, Dollar General, Gulf gas station or CVS.

COMFORTABLE HOME, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils as well as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, serving bowls and more. $ slot toaster, simple 10 cup coffee maker, single K-cup coffee maker. The countertops are black granite with barstool seating for 7. The indoor dining table seats 10 and the dinning tables in the screened porch can seat 8 at the two tables, more if you are friendly!

The home has stairs. Stairs to get to the main floor, stairs to get to the second floor. There is not an elevator.
Children are welcome, but I can not promise the home is child-proof.

4 TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. Each TV is set up with Roku.
One TV is located next to kitchen, one in the secluded library area and one in each of the master bedrooms.

FISHING ON THE BEACH is allowed all day before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. It is also allowed before 10:00 AM and after 5:00 PM during the summer season (when the Life Guards are NOT on the beach).

NO SMOKING or Vaping in the home or on the beach.

NO PETS of ANY kind are allowed in the home or on the property.

GARAGE is NOT part of the rental.

Rental is by the week only; Friday to Friday.

Please be mindful of check-out time so that the cleaning staff has enough time to finish before the next guests arrive!

Locally you can rent bed sheets, bath towels, beach gear, bicycles and more. Search for rental companies in the Bethany Beach Delaware area or ask me for recommendations. Every company will drop off and pick up from the home.
