NSW law requires windows to have child safety locks above the first floor to ensure no one falls out. The windows can only be opened to 12cm.
There are 2 fans provided for the north facing bedrooms for air movement during summer.

Nice clean plenty of room but expect to be kept up by neighbours partying most nights
