Bilinga Beach 4 is a 2 bedroom ground floor unit located in a small, secure complex on the absolute beachfront at Bilinga. This is the perfect location for a quiet and relaxing beachside holiday, close to a patrolled section of the beach.

The unit offers 2 bedrooms, master with queen bed, ensuite with walk in shower (no toilet in ensuite), and access to the huge beach front balcony.

The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, and the main bathroom offers shower over the bath. There is also a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet.

The unit has been tiled throughout, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. You will enjoy cooking in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and stone benchtops or step outside to entertain on the huge beachside balcony.

The loungeroom is comfortably furnished and offers smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi.

The ocean views are fabulous, and you can even whale watch from the balcony in winter. With direct beach access and ideally located on the ground floor, this is perfect for an affordable family holiday or for retirees escaping the cold winters!

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Beachfront bliss

A perfect spot to relax. We enjoyed everything this place had to offer. The lovely Sandy beach (with lifeguards there every day) and the walk path that made ‘people watching’ so relaxing.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Bilinga Beach 4. The amenities were so wonderful we felt like we were at home and could thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The location is amazing, beach right at our front door made it so easy to commute with the kids. Will definitely stay every year!

The place was very good and great value for money.The basement parking access is suitable only for cars as the clearance was less than 2 metres. We had to park in the street and thankfully the 4 hour limit wasn’t enforced so no problem.

Great location

Great location, friendly residents in the complex. Apartment is updated but missing a few things. Furniture is really old. No ceiling fans or air conditioning.

Our favourite

We love staying at this place. Ground floor with perfect, uninterrupted view of the beach. No road between unit and the beach. Quiet area , only a stones throw from Kirra and Coolangatta shops, restaurants and cinema. Kitchen is great, very well stocked with utensils, crockery, cookware etc.

Beachfront unit with no roads to cross. Just step on to the beautiful beach. Relax on the balcony with an uninterrupted view of the ocean. This refurbished unit has everything you need. I have been holidaying here for over 10 years. Never ever get bored this holiday location.
