Perched high on the hill in Currumbin, The Edge is a standout holiday home featuring stunning panoramic ocean views from Surfers Paradise to Snapper Rocks. Exuding relaxed, coastal charm, this is sure to become a family favourite.

Spread across the top level, this modern, spacious duplex offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living.

Enjoy some of the best views on the coast from your private balcony, where you can whale watch in winter and check the surf with your morning coffee each day. There is also a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting to enjoy meals alfresco.

The light and airy living area features comfortable coastal style furnishings and smart TV with Wi-Fi.

Cooking and entertaining is easy in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine and SodaStream, plus plenty of bench and storage space.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite with walk in shower and separate bath.

The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds with bifold shutters opening onto the living area.

The spacious bathroom offers walk in shower and there are laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The Edge offers ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, to keep you comfortable year round.

There is also one secure lock up garage (height 1.97m) and another covered space in front of the garage. Offering 2 car spaces.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is approximately 15 minutes’ drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Great location with great views

This place suited our needs for a family getaway. Location and views are spectacular with a great coffee shop just down the hill. The beds were very comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay.

The property was lovely. Picking up the key was difficult. The key was at Coolangatta, the property was at Currumbin. Very difficult when you have no car. There was no hairdryer. These two inconveniences spoilt our holiday.

Long Weekend at Currumbin

The property fitted our needs. Couple of things lacking- coffee machine from Aldi so not easy to get pods ! No hairdryer. Kitchen- lacking in staples like salt/ pepper, oil & inexpensive essential that if you are flying in are not things you would bring. A brochure with ideas of where to eat , shop would have been so helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and views

Fantastic location with great access to beach. Tired house given it is relatively new. Weeds all over front driveway didn’t look great for a first impression Kitchen was a little grubby - oven trays were not clean. Old pair of headphones thrown on top of cupboards - tall friend could see them covered in dust. Dining Chairs needed several screws tightened - had to buy an Alen key to do this. Fabulous view. Would go back to same area but not the same house.

Summer in Currumbin

We spent a couple weeks here, amazing location and views! The showers are a bit outdated and could do with an upgrade. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking with a view!

location location

unbeatable location and apartment only let down by having to provide all your own linen and cleaning products ( the last thing you want to be thinking about when you are on holiday). The wifi worked but completely useless, you couldn’t stream anything and basic browsing was so slow it was faster to stay connected to your mobile network. For the price you are paying for this accommodation, it’s not acceptable in my opinion.

A great place to stay. Walk to the cafes, surf club and beaches. Views to Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise. Has a nice, well equipped kitchen for cooking at home. Our second stay here.

Amazing location!

Location and views don't get any better than this. Wake up to 180 degree coastal views and watching surfers on the beach below. It's a short stroll to the beach, cafes and surf club for a drink or meal. And just a little further to the surf point, which is also the Gold Coast's best beach for kids with its gentle lagoon protected from the waves. Back at the apartment is an amazing place to watch the sunset. The lounge is super comfy and the apartment has high ceilings and is extremely spacious - it just feels perfect. This is the ultimate Gold Coast / Australian beach holiday pad. Do it!

A Great Holiday Location

We enjoyed two weeks at The Edge Currumbin. The house is lovely, beautifully designed and decorated, and the views are fantastic. It is close to everything we needed for a restful getaway and the short pleasant stroll down to the beach and coffee shops of Currumbin's waterfront is an added bonus. We enjoyed the birdlife, the whale and dolphin watching, and the pleasant ambience of a nicely appointed abode.

Million Dollar View

We stayed at The Edge for a week and fell in love! The position is unsurpassed and the views of Currumbin beach, Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta are breathtaking. The Edge has every home comfort you want and is a very stylish property. Just a very short walk to the beach makes it an ideal location. We left wanting more and will definitely be back!!
