47 Plover Street, Peregian Beach
This great beach house is in the most central location being right alongside the Peregian village, on the high side of Plover Street and overlooking the park and out to the ocean. The beach, cafes and everything that you need that Peregian has to offer is literally at your doorstep.
This is a great cozy house for close family and friends to come together and enjoy a quiet stay by the beach.
At the entry is a hallway with room to store things you don't want to bring all the way inside. Entering the main living area, you find the dining suite plus a comfy leather lounge suite and a flat screen Tv with some entertainment provided. Adjoined to this living area is the spacious kitchen with lots of bench space, a microwave, range hood oven, large fridge and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the fully equipped laundry with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron and broom cupboard.
Out the back of the house is a great sized deck with an outdoor setting another seating area and a good backyard space as well.
Down the hall from the main living is the bathroom with a separate second toilet. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. On the other side of the hall are two bedrooms. One with a king bed. The other is a fun little room that has one single bed and a bunk bed with a single bed on top and bottom and also a single trundle bed stored in the room which can be used for an eighth guest.
Beyond the hallway is another lovely living room which is a great space to quietly read, play some games, enjoy quality time together and soak in the views. It is combined with a dining room also. There is also another balcony off this room to sit while looking at the ocean. Next to this second living area is another bedroom with a king bed and views out to the ocean.
There is Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
At the ground level and front of property there is a remote-controlled lock up garage with enough space for two cars (height restriction for 4WD) and more parking available on the driveway. The house is surrounded by nice tropical gardens and there is an outdoor shower at the side of the house, perfect for rinsing off after the being at the beach.
This house, with its quirky features and prime location ensures a fabulous holiday experience.
Linen and bath towels are included.
