A short stroll to all of Sawtell’s outstanding amenities, award winning restaurants, cafes and boutique shops. Peninsula House consists of three spacious bedrooms upstairs, and a further two bedrooms in the downstairs flat.The property offers you all the modern conveniences for you to enjoy a terrific family holiday, or simply a great relaxing getaway.

Peninsula House provides you with an air-conditioned living area, where you can relax with endless uninterrupted views of Bonville Creek and the addition of a flat screen TV and surround sound system for your enjoyment. Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. The newly renovated, spacious kitchen boasts views over the estuary and features a Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine, dishwasher and large stainless steel oven/cooktop and microwave for your holiday convenience.

This property has been in the family for generations and is a unique experience of stepping back in time to living life to the full in Sunny Sawtell.Peninsula also offers a semi self-contained two bedroom flat downstairs sleeping up to four guests. Perfect for extended family members or friends wanting their own space.

The ground floor is completely flat with no stairs to access. It features a newly renovated bathroom, spacious open plan kitchenette, living, dining area boasting a flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The patio outside steps out to beautiful views and is a stone’s throw away from the estuary, Boronia Park and a short stroll from the Sawtell Headland. The flat cannot be rented separately by other guests, it is included in your booking of Peninsula House.

The Master bedroom opens up onto the balcony overlooking the estuary.

Fantastic!

Peninsular house Sawtell

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to about 3 inches of water in the dining room near the door, and after speaking to the agent we were told to mop it up. This happened again during our stay and we had to mop once again. Also the flat underneath the house in the main bedroom water was coming into the cupboard and wetting the carpet, causing the whole house to smell mouldy and damp. The furniture is dirty and in poor condition the fan has black mould on the blades. There were cockroaches running around especially in the toaster. I went and spoke with the agent to inform them and was told they had the house sprayed and that yes they knew water was coming in and had builders take a look to no avail. We were also told the furniture are heirlooms and the owners won’t update them.Our holiday was ruined by the uncomfortable state of the house, we paid allot of money to stay in this house which wasn’t anything like the photos. I wouldn’t recommend this house at all.
