Looking for one of the best values in the California desert? You won’t find a better place to enjoy a few days or a few weeks of warm desert days and cool desert nights. With ample indoor and outdoor living space, the condo has plenty of room for a variety of travelers. A full kitchen, a living area, a dining table with seating for five and sleeping arrangements for up to four provide everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable. The bedroom features a king bed, TV, a chest of drawers and a full closet. The bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub, a single vanity with a make-up mirror and additional storage. In the living room, there is a sofa and side chair, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. The kitchen contains all major appliances and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. The back patio has a dining table for four. There is a queen Aerobed in the bedroom closet that can be used in the living room to sleep four. The unit can be combined with LV007 (Downstairs Studio Opening to a private fountain) to create a 2 bedroom unit with dual master suites (subject to availability).

Getting Around:

Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Comfortable stay at a beautiful property

Legacy Villas is a gorgeous property of condos and vacation rentals. Pools are gorgeous and the grounds are kept pristine. The 1 bedroom unit was comfortable with a full kitchen with all the amenities. Highly recommend this place!

Peaceful Retreat

This lovely condo was just what we needed. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the tranquility of the community. The grounds were pristine and we relaxed in one of the many spas. The backdrop of the mountains was spectacular. Would definitely return.

Perfect getaway

The Classic casita, spacious, well maintained, the grounds were well manicured; fruit trees abound; mountains in the backyard; pools everywhere, fitness center, it really couldn’t have been more perfect & peaceful. I’m going to have to buy one of these units!! Best part: pet friendly, no stress, staff fabulous!

La Quinta getaway

Great property, pools and ground were excellent. The villa itself was tidy and clean had everything we needed for our stay. Just seemed to be lots of crickets in the unit each night, but would find 3-4 dead each morning. We will definitely look into returning to Legacy Villas .

Excellent condo and resort

The condo was even nicer than expected. New living room furniture. Very comfy king bed. Super short walk to resort’s large pool with cabanas. Only complaint is the rock hard brown sugar. Should be replaced and also have sugar for cereal, not just a few packets for coffee.

Great, convenient place

We loved staying here. It's convenient to what we wanted, comfortable, and everything worked. Would stay again. My only suggestion is that the supplies be checked. We arrived to 1/4 roll of toilet paper, with no other rolls in sight. Also, there was pepper but no salt in the pantry. Those things are pretty basic for a vrbo.

Classic Drive, Legacy Villas

A very nice condo in a quiet and aesthetic environment (beautiful architecture and gardens). Nice patio with fountain. Gated, so very safe. Condo was clean and well furnished. We used it for recovery from surgery. The floor plan worked out perfectly. Great kitchen with plenty of counter and cupboard space. Spacious bathroom with shower and tub. No complaints. I recommend it.

We love La Quinta and the Legacy Villas. We've stayed in Legacy a few times over the years. This villa was very nice, and located perfectly relative to the pools, quiet and parking. I'd give our stay a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason it's not a 10, is that villa is showing a few signs of age. For a few thousand dollars, the owners could do a little updating and make this property sparkle. Don't get me wrong, we'll be back. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful except lack of security. There is no designated adult pool and on weekends the pools are out of control. Boom boxes, glass bottles, girls smoking in the main and lap pools, kids throwing balls between pools. I really wish there was one adults only pool. Other than that it was a beautiful stay

Our unit was very clean, bed was super comfy, we had plenty of clothes hangers, and close to main pool. Our little grandson enjoyed the splash pad and beach entry at pool, and we utilized the fitness facility regularly. Although it was 118 our first week there and couldn't spend much time outdoors, we enjoyed evening strolls through the beautiful grounds with fountains that backs to the mountains. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and our one issue was quickly resolved. Located near Old Town La Quinta for restaurants and shops. We will gladly stay here again!

The complex is well taken care of, quiet and is located beautifully nestled next to the mountains. Our one complaint of this unit would be the living room furniture: sofa seemed broken down and the two sitting chairs were so uncomfortable they were hard to sit in for too long. Also could hear the occupants in the unit above which was a bummer. Next time we would rent an upstairs unit. Other than that, beautiful and quiet complex with easy rental process and check in/ check out.

Great location, comfortable space

This Villa was comfortable and clean but begs for simple updates. New appliances in the kitchen seem essential (ice maker broken, microwave handle broken, range clearly heavily used). In addition all pots & pans are old, and all cabinets need refinishing. The bathroom would appreciate updates as well with the cabinetry & shower + showerhead. The patio furniture needs to be tossed as it’s not in good condition. The layout of the space is nice & in general, it’s a comfortable place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 people however b/c there wouldn’t be enough sleeping space unless they put a pullout bed and a smaller dining table. Legacy Villas felt like a safe community and the property managers were both friendly & responsive. I would stay here again if the price was appropriate.

Nice location, great property manager, dark space.

We love this property for its many pools and proximity to downtown LaQuinta. This particular unit is a bit tired. Old well worn cabinets and very dark interior. The colors are brown and windows do not let in much light. A bit of a cave like vibe.
