My husband and I stayed there for the Coachella festival. The room was cozy and great location, spacious bathroom. Only downside is there is not a stove so we had to use the microwave/toaster for breakfast. We had an issue with the outlets not working in the kitchen, but Ann responded right away once I reached out to her and a handyman came out to fix it. We didn't realize that she lived next door until she knocked on the door. Also, she offered to let us use her pool floaties so that was nice :)

Great stay for BNP Paribas Open

We stayed at this property for middle weekend of BNP tennis tournament, great location and first class accommodation. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Host was gracious and made sure we had perfect stay, Highly recommended.

Great Vacation!

Ann's place was perfect for our getaway. We loved how close we were to both the main pool and one of the smaller ones. We were also a mile away from old town, and a short walk from La Quinta resort. Ann was super responsive and flexible. Would definitely come back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. The property was spotless and exactly as listed. There was a lovely welcome bottle of wine, cheese and crackers that we enjoyed on the deck upon our arrival. We will definitely make a return visit and would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Absolutely Recommend this Wonderful Studio for Anybody in the Area

Ann's place in La Quinta is a true gem. I stayed here during Coachella weekend. Beautiful views, nice pools and amenities, and the studio itself is great with a comfortable bed. Ann responded very quickly to any questions and left us wine and cheese which was a great touch. Would love to stay here again in the future! Highly recommend!

Our Second Stay Here!

What a wonderful place to come and get away from it all for my husband and I. Very low key this time of year which is what we love and what we needed. This is our second stay at this wonderful condo. Ann is the best and so easy to work with. From the wine and cheese upon arrival (such a nice touch) to saying our goodbyes at departure, everything was top notch. Thank you Ann and Barry for another fabulous stay! See you next year!
