Perfectly located near the city this Apartment caters for a unique holiday experience. Stylish and quality furnishings ensure guests can relax in comfort. The spacious apartment overlooks a quiet street lined with Jacaranda trees. . The Jacaranda trees are known as Australia’s Cherry Blossom. Their purple blooms fill the Wayville streetscape with a spectacular purple haze in November. The tram goes to the city and beach and to major Adelaide attractions incl; Wayville Sunday Markets, places to visit nearby are; Gillies on the Grounds and King William Road Restaurants and local supermarket all only a short walk.
A fully equipped kitchen with European appliances and a coffee machine. The living area has a comfy lounge and 4 person dining suite. A beautiful separate bedroom has a queen size bed fitted with quality quilt, sheets and plenty of comfortable pillows. A separate ottoman with a pullout single bed. The bathroom has a shower and soaking bath and combines a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Why they chose this property
The property and location are ideal for our guests allowing them easy access to public transport and the Adelaide Tramway. The location is peaceful and safe. It is only a 5 minute tram ride to the city. The building is a small boutique group in a modernist style building surrounded by gardens and fronting to a wide tree lined terrace.
