Family Lakehouse- 6mm Gravois

This family lakehouse sits back in a quiet cove perfect for fishing, swimming or just relaxing on the dock located just steps from the house. This is a 4 bedroom (7 beds) 2 bathroom house. Main level has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath -upstairs bathroom remodeled for 2020 season!! Also, all new knotty pine doors upstairs along with a custom built barnwood headboard in master bedroom!! Lovingly referred to as the "Oar House" :). NEW 2019 expanded outdoor seating under covered pavilion. There is a deck off the master bedroom. We have a king in the master #1 with walkout to deck, King in Bedroom #2, Queen in bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 with a bunk bed with a full on bottom and single on top and an extra twin bed, 2 pack n plays and a Full-Size foldable crib with mattress and sheets. The Lower level has a kitchen, dining room, living room and another full bath. Sofa contains a queen pull-out. Walks straight out to the 450 sq ft deck with only 5 steps to the dock ramp. The dock is a 2 well that are 10x24 with a 28x8 swim platform. Wetsteps make for easy in and out of water for everyone! We keep our boat in one of the slips . Paddle Boat and kayak provided. We are at the back of a 1/4 mile long cove with one house behind us in the cove so there is virtually no boat traffic. A great place to swim and relax all day. The house is close to The Jolly Roger and Coconuts is just a short 1 mile boat ride away and is great for kids and adults. The fishing in this cove is also pretty decent the kids can catch as many perch as they want but you can also catch bass and catfish right off the dock. A gas and charcoal grill are provided but guests must provide their own charcoal and/or propane tank. Please tell us about your group when inquiring before payment - what brings you to the lake, age of renters, etc. Government Issued Photo Id required before booking.
We LOVE our lake house and hope to cater to families and quiet groups and steer clear of partying, wild groups :)
