Totum Lake House - Family Getaway with Amazing Views

3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with extra-large covered deck and sleeping for 9 people.

Enjoy the beautiful views from this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home on the Gravois Arm at Lake of the Ozarks, located at the top of Indian Creek Cove between Coconuts and Jolly Rogers. Indian Creek Cove is well known for family water activities, including Family Party Cove and optimal areas for family boating including water skiing and tubing. Take in the expansive views from the extra-large covered deck or the 9ft ceiling living area, with nothing but windows and no obstruction from neighboring homes. This two-story, modern construction has sleeping for up to 9 people. Relax after a busy day of activities and enjoy an outdoor shower or a cold beverage on the nearby pier while watching the sunset. The fishermen out there will be in heaven fishing the shoreline or off of the dock with the well-placed crappie beds, but don’t worry they don’t interfere with the swimming! Bring your Netflix and other entertainment app user IDs and passwords if you like to unwind on the couch and re-charge for the next day’s adventure.

NEW in 2023! A fire pit is now available for gathering near the lakeside. Bring your firewood (or help yourself to the nearby brush pile) for a memorable time catching up and having smores.

The kitchen has all the amenities you would want at home, including a dishwasher. It’s stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, and utensils for making meals and/or grilling for a group. The kitchen is also stocked with necessities such as salt, pepper, spices, etc.

Recreation opportunities are endless: fishing, water sports, dining, shopping, and relaxation are yours to be had here at the Lake of the Ozarks. Home has 60ft. of shoreline and sits next to a common ground lot with 150ft. of additional shoreline and 20ft. pier. Kids will love the over 200ft. of shoreline to explore and dock that has a kayak, lily pad, picnic table and side tie-off for your boat. There are several restaurants just a short boat drive away. For local activities, the main strip at Bagnell Dam, Outlet Mall, and lots of restaurants are a 30-minute drive away. This lakeside retreat can provide you with the escape you need and a place to reconnect with family and friends.

Parking is available for 3 - 4 vehicles. Boat trailer can be stored next to the property. There are several public boat ramps located at Lake of Ozarks. The closest two boat ramps are Coffman Beach Access at Coffman Bend and Gravois Mills Public Access.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All lights around the property are turned off; including dock lights, deck cafe lights (use remote control), and front door floodlights.
The dock ladder is up out of the water. And the lily pad is removed from the water, rolled up, and secured on the dock.
All chairs are returned to original locations and water toys are stored under the deck behind the outdoor shower.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A great location on the Gravois Arm. The dock is positioned to allow swimmers a calm experience. This was our second visit and plan to return next year.

Awesome property

The home was very nice, a great value with a nice dock and lots to do at the house. The deck and blackstone grill were great for spending time together outside! It accommodated our 4 adults and 5 kids easily with plenty of room.

My family and I had a great stay, loved the view of the lake from the house. The kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the lily pad and swimming right by the dock. One of the highlights was the outside shower, kids loved it. We had a fire and made s’mores every night. House and location was great. We will be back!

We really loved this place. Right on the water it has a dock you can swim off of. The house is very nice, recently renovated. Every amenity that you could ask for. Indoor and outdoor games, rafts, lilly pad, wifi. Everything you need to cook a meal. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and organized. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Great place to stay. accommodated all 8 of us perfectly Communication was great! Getting a trailer down and around is not easy. Which we were warned about. There is more than enough parking. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Great place to stay on the water. We enjoyed being able to use the dock and docking our boat was easy. We will definitely be back.

Great Lake trip!

The house was perfect for our long weekend escape. We loved the house, amazing deck and dock! Great space to lounge, swim, fish and relax. Everyone had a great time! What A Beautiful Home!

This beautiful lake house had everything we needed and more. Aside from the very steep entrance/exit (I recommend a 4-wheel drive) the location is absolutely perfect. Owners respond in a timely manner and make check in fast and efficient. Neighbors are also very friendly. There were 7 of us and this house had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property. Thank you for providing the perfect home for such a fun vacation.

In 2015 our two families purchased this property. The original dock had collapsed and had been pulled onto the front yard. And where the house is, there was a fishing cabin with no running water that had been built in the 1950’s. Despite the run-down state of the property, we saw charm and potential, and spent 2 years clearing, planning and building a more modern retreat.
