All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Quiet stay

Location is nice and quiet. The hours for the activity center and pools are quite limited for the kids liking. Overall, nice condo and facilities.

Sea Trail 2022

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was plenty big enough for our family due to the 4 bedrooms. It was very quiet on the golf course side. The only thing that was not great was that there were ants. We had to put all open items in the refrigerator which was inconvenient. I hope they can do something about this since we would love to stay here again.

Perfect Stay

We love Sea Trails and have been coming to Sunset Beach for more then 30 years. With the extended family growing Sea Trails is the perfect size. Communications with management was great. Walking distance to pool and short drive to the beach. They seem to be aware of the ant issue, but I would say do not leave any open food on counters. I am not surprised a place like this would have ant issue due to it being in the woods and on the older side. It was great staying in an upgraded unit. Definitely going to try to book again next year. Last little issue was the internet. Hopefully they upgrade that soon. We look forward to staying again next year.

Good Affordable Beach Stay

The beds were not queen size, they were full size. Overall the property was nice, but it could use a good deep cleaning. As other reviewers mentioned, there were some ants, but with traps inside we didn't have any problem. Our problem was outside. They ended up getting all over and inside one of the cars. The amenities aren't great. The pool gets pretty crowded and there aren't many umbrellas. A couple of the ladders were broken when we were there. There also weren't enough towels to accommodate 16 guests (there were enough for 12), so you may want to bring some of your own if you'll have 16.

Would have been pretty nice but...

Roaches.. that was too much for me. It took away from the enjoyment of the vacation. We found multiple bugs all over the condo. We wouldn't stay there again. Otherwise, it appeared rather clean and well-kept. There was adequate space, and although you can't walk to the beach it is just a short drive. The activity center was decent overall but the hot tub was gross and foul-smelling, which is difficult for children and my son who is disabled to understand. Truthfully if it wasn't for the bug issue I wouldn't complain but it was disappointing to be excited about a vacation with family, spend the money, and have to worry about that the entire time.

Fourth of July Family Vacation

bathrooms were filthy, the toilet in upper bathroom was dirty had not been cleaned. There were large bugs out on the back porch along with cigarette butt. The ceiling fan in family room was full of dust. The swimming pool was dirty, The water sprinkler outside was on constantly continued to hit my car where it made it unbearable getting in and out of my vehicle. Linen left outside on steps for next guest. No one informed me but I brought them inside however with no one informing me of items being brought for next guest they were on steps inside a bag that was partially torn and the steps were not very clean. The maintenance technician who came to fix sprinkler issue was rude when asked if he could move his vehicle due to limited parking so my wife could unload the grandkids and items after returning to rental. Definitely was not a pleasant experience. On a positive note Ms. Kathy came out late Friday evening to clean the bathrooms. Definitely will not be using this vacation location again.

This property proved to be everything it said it was. Plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen, good living area. I gave it a 3 because of the MAJOR ant problem (everything we opened had to be put in the fridge) that we had to deal with, which was really frustrating.

Nice large place for multi family use

House was clean and perfect for our family stay. The heat was difficult to adjust but wouldn’t stop me from using this rental again. The heat all rises to upstairs bedrooms and that left the family room and first floor bedrooms chilly. We were not sent the key lock combo w checkin info so glad I had a phone number that realtor used to call me a few days prior to call otherwise not sure how we could have checked in. Also only a few TV channels but again all minor inconveniences and I would highly recommend this rental.

Bitter sweet

The location and size of the property was great! The living room fan was broken, like it was about to fall on someone. We called and reported it, no one came. The biggest problem was Roaches!!! All over the place in the bedrooms, vents in bathrooms, and spiders.
