Thank you for your review, Bon! Sorry that there wasn't a barbeque. The association rules do not allow a grill at the pool. Electric grills are allowed a the unit though. We truly appreciate you pointing out the areas where we can improve as well. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with the key pad and will be sure to add clear instructions for future guests to avoid any confusion. The issue with the kitchen window and outlets has been noted and we’ll be addressing those maintenance concerns promptly. We also appreciate your honesty about the toaster—we’ll look into replacing it right away. Regarding the parking passes and the limited office hours, we understand how that could be inconvenient and are currently exploring ways to streamline that process, especially for guests arriving later in the day. A welcome basket is a great idea—we love that suggestion and will definitely consider adding that extra touch to enhance the guest experience. This definately a private vacation rental and not a hotel. That seemed to be the issue. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations this time. We are addressed all of the concerns you raised, including the garage access, front door lock, and cleaning issues. These were all rectified quickly and efficiently. We understand how important these details are and are actively working to make improvements to ensure future guests do not experience similar challenges. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout your stay, and we value your input as it helps us make necessary upgrades.
