The dining area provides plenty of room to gather for meals, games, and conversation, while the downstairs also includes a convenient half bath and laundry room.

The solar-heated pool is perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine year-round. Please note that because the pool is solar heated, temperatures will vary with the weather and are typically within a few degrees of the outdoor temperature during cooler months.

The private hot tub comfortably seats six guests and is one of the most unique features of the property. Its built-in enclosure creates a spa-like setting, while each seat is designed to target different muscle groups with therapeutic massage jets for a truly relaxing experience.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, 55-inch TV, and a galaxy light projector that kids absolutely love. Decorated with calming coastal touches, it’s a peaceful place to recharge after a fun-filled day.

The second guest bedroom also features a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, standing fan, and full-length mirror. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, it’s a welcoming retreat for guests of all ages.
