A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS CONDO...
Polynesian Shores 225. Everything you need for your Maui dream vacation is here... just bring your suntan lotion and flip-flops and enjoy the Hawaiian sunshine. This condo has recently been refurbished to make your stay even more enjoyable. It sleeps up to six guests with a king`-sized bed in the loft bedroom, twin beds in the downstairs bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Comfortably furnished island style, it is decorated with authentic island art and photographs. For indoor entertainment, a large cable TV and DVD/CD player are provided. Enjoy the panoramic views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai on the horizon, as well as the manicured grounds, pool, and tropical landscaping. Join new friends on the ocean's edge at sunset to cap off another great day in Paradise!

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....

We are a beautiful family resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious meal on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We also have free parking for each condo, free internet. Onsite laundry room, you can download an app on your phone or you can purchase a laundry card from the card kiosk. This is a smoke/vape free property.

WHERE ARE WE...
Our property is direct oceanfront property with unobstructed ocean views, located between the beautiful resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Honokowai, is special little neighborhood, many people pass by and wave a "shaka" at you! You can walk to local bars, restaurants. A large times market and a food truck park. There's places to rent beach gear, mopeds, all within walking distance. We are close to several beach parks and world famous golf courses, located both up and down the coast. Only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka'anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island. Closer to your check in date you will be sent instructions for check in.


COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER...
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

Best location!

As much as I want to keep this my secret place that would be so unfair. The location was the best! The view from the second level is amazing. There is great snorkeling right out front with the most turtles you’ll see in one place. The sunset was fantastic every night. For this unit it had everything we needed. The unit was updated and most of all the beds were super comfortable. Very soft! Even the pull out bed had a perfectly soft mattress. They had a few beach chairs and beach mat a small cooler and beach towels. I know it must be hard to maintain nice things when you are renting but so far it seems guests have been very honest and the items stay put. The complex was very clean and all the guests were easy going. I have nothing bad to say. Thank you Bree for your quick responses.

Unit was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Great communication from management. Nice quiet community. Safe. Grounds well cared for. Wifi available. Within a mile of grocery store. Far enough away from central shopping to feel like you are in residential rather than tourist area. Immediate shore not easy access to swimming but a number of beautiful beaches within 1-2 miles both directions. Provided beach chairs and beach towels. Laundry available on site. Spectacular views and non-stop humpback whale activity daily. Can’t wait to visit again.

The property is well maintained and the other guests are very friendly. It isn’t air conditioned so the upstairs room can get very hot. I mentioned it to the management and they told me they had just ordered more fans. Our dishwasher stopped working and they sent a maintenance person over immediately. Turns out it needed a new control panel. They planned to fix it the following day. Pool is lovely, a nice temperature and the outdoor grills had lights. Overall a wonderful experience!

The individual unit we stayed in is a little tired. It was not cleaned very well, especially the bathrooms. The king size bed has a topper that was not squared up with the mattress. The sofa and chairs are uncomfortable. The TV volume did not work. It was a hot week and there is no AC. Fans seemed to be little help. The ice maker in the fridge goes off with a popping sound a couple of times a day/night. This unit was chosen based on the reviews. Just trying to be real. The pool, grill and common areas are impeccably maintained. There were some lighting features that were taken down that had appealed to many guests. I definitely would suggest this property.

Beautiful property with gorgeous views!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The views from the patio were breathtaking, the location was perfect (close to shops & grocery stores, within 45 minutes from the main airport, beautiful beaches everywhere, easy check-in, comfortable bed in master, and Bree was professional and helpful during our stay. This whole property is well taken care of, and we hope to come back again soon. It was our favorite vacation, truly a paradise!

The whole complex is also very well maintained, clean, organized; right next to a wonderful marine ecosystem in the the tide pools; we had the chance to see a few turtles right next to us. Great for snorkeling. And far in the distance we even saw whales in action.

We love 225 for its convenience as my parents always stay in 125. I will say that everything is great in the unit except for the beds/bedding. They feel shabby and not completely clean. Also, the mattresses could definitely be replaced.

Mahalo for your feedback. We will definitely take a look at the bedding although the beds were replaced about 3 years ago. We have come to find that people have different preferences on the firmness of mattresses and these may not fulfill your preference. So sorry about that!

A great ocean view from the balcony, the condo property is beautifully maintained. I would stay here again!While we were visiting (July 2021) the small beach next to the property had disappeared (thanks Mother Nature!) so I was bummed about that.

Arrived to a water shutoff through entire neighborhood with no running water to even use restroom.😒

After enquiring with property manager Bree in regards to situation, it unfortunately turned unprofessional in which I was disrespected and insulted because of my age of 66 years old . I left unit and spent night with a family member leaving my guests to a stressful situation. Returned in morning to learn pullout bed was dirty/uncleaned. This has been my worst experience using Verbo and this units property’s manager . I’ve been rated prior to even checking out by Bree as her last response last night was a simple” F -checkout is 11:00.” The grounds are nice however… AVOID this Property mgr. BREE. So unprofessional.

It is always unfortunate when a guest has a bad experience although once in a while it happens. If I truly treated guests how you have explained I would not be in business. Your one night stay was interrupted because a water main broke in the neighborhood and over 1,000 people were not able to have water from 9pm - 11:30pm. You arrived after a luau at 10:30 demanding I refund you. I refused to refund your stay 100% therefore your review of your stay says what it does. Our housekeepers do a wonderful job (hence the great reviews) and you never said anything about the sofa bed. Lastly, we are the same age.

Perhaps the best assets are Brie at the front office and Erick making sure the property is in perfect condition. Unit 225 is truly nice. Updated, cleaned and well stocked. I can tell the owners are proud of their property. I highly recommend both Polynesian Shores and unit 225.PS... Correct the name of my city: PHOENIX (not pheonix)

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in the Kahana area three different times in different locations but this condo at Polynesian Shores was our favorite. #225 has an amazing view and the condo and complex had everything we needed. The condo does not have AC but the cool ocean air flowed nicely through the condo with the louvered windows open. The pool and BBQ grills at the complex were fantastic and the ocean and sunset views can’t be beat. We will definitely be back!
