The downstairs combined kitchen, dining and living area (with climate control split system, 55cm smart television and Bluetooth sound bar) flows onto an expansive shaded deck, with retractable all-weather blinds, barbeque and a grassed, fully enclosed backyard.

The large upstairs lounge is flooded with natural light and features a wet bar, gas log fire, 75cm smart television, Bluetooth sound bar and views of Port Phillip Bay. This area (with climate control split system) opens onto an extensive balcony – perfect to enjoy the views, soak up the sunshine, watch ferries come and go, the yachts racing. This is the spot to entertain.
You won’t need your car once you have settled in. Located just meters from the beach, enjoy a leisurely stroll 2.4km to the Blairgowrie Village shops or 1.4km to the Rye shops. Or walk on the newly constructed Bay Trail. And after a day on the beach, the outdoors hot/cold shower is perfect!

A WONDERFUL WEEK AWAY!

We were so delighted with the house, the location (which was across the road from the beach and an easy walk to either Blairgowrie or Rye) and the 5 star service from the owners Robyn and Paul. Our hosts were so helpful and approachable and went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a great stay. The house is newly renovated, beautifully furnished and has all needs covered from working air con, fly wire screens, comfy beds and all appliances you could need. We will definitely come back again! 👍🏽

Absolutely Fantastic

An absolutely fantastic place to have a holiday. Perfect for large groups. Very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Large backyard for the kids to play with an awesome large undercover area, loved the views from the upstairs balcony! With the beach right across the road you couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again for future holidays.
