Ideal for girl's weekends, wedding guests for The Briars, winery tours, golf weekends, Peninsula Hot Springs visit, or to simply chill out and enjoy the beautiful vistas. Our home has one of the best views in the Peninsula. Located on the prestigious Headland Waters Estate Mount Martha, this property has breath taking views spanning from Melbourne CBD all the way out to the Heads between Queenscliff and Portsea. The main bedrooms open up to a private balcony and there are six bedrooms in total. With one master bedroom, five bedrooms with queen size beds, and one with a double bed, the home sleeps 12 people in luxurious comfort. Three bathrooms service the home. There is a games room with pool table or tennis table and a number of living areas to enjoy. Breathtaking sunsets, gorgeous outlooks, relaxing outdoor entertainment areas and clean fresh air will ensure a memorable stay. Premier linen and bathroom towels are provided at additional cost. Housekeeping is available for extended stays at an additional cost.

A great place with lots of space

We had a group of 12 and the place was amazing - very well kept, neat and clean, wirh plenty of soace for everyone with a large backyard/bbq area, multiple livong spaces and great games room in the garage - would definitely stay again!

Breathtaking Views

This holiday was between 4 families during the Easter Break. We had a very enjoyable relaxing weekend. The property was in very good condition with plenty of room for everyone. Host is very flexible & easy to deal with. Hoping to book this property again. Thanks.

Great View. Great Rooms. Excellent games room

The house was wonderful. All 6 rooms had double beds! Usually at a home this size, there are bunk beds to contend with. Excellent games room. We must of overlooked that fact that there was no wifi and internet reception there was hit and miss. In the end a week without internet probably did us a world of good. Had a great time and Olga was a pleasure to deal with.

Relax and chill out!

We couldn't believe how nice this house was. Bedrooms are spacious, heaps of things to do inside the house and down the coast. The Peninsula Springs are great and the new chairlift at Arthur Seat is a must. We will be back again. A short drive down the coast but felt like a holiday overseas. Awesome.

Great couples getway

We had a ball on our couples weekend away. Lots to do, big beautiful home for us all to have space but get together for drinks and meals. The balcony views are sensational and the sunsets are the best we have seen. Highly recommend it for a girls, boys or couples weekend away. Fantastic value for money!

Killer Views

This house is amazing and the photos don't do it justice. It is elegant, well looked after and the views are stunning. It was perfect for our wedding party and their partners over the weekend. Plenty of space for everyone and a fun games room downstairs. Only wish we'd had more time to stay there and enjoy all the facilites.

Perfect location
