HARBOUR TOWER 216 is a luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront condo where you can experience the waves lapping on the shore! No details missed with this professionally decorated property where urban elements meet seaside retreat. Relax from the living room area overlooking the water while dolphins play. A ceiling fan on the patio adds to your comfort on the warmer summer days along with a working desk in living room should you need to stay connected and need a work space. And when it is time to switch off, there is an assortment of board games and cards available to enjoy. The Living room is equipped with a 54' LG Smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 50'Smart TV and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room if additional sleeping is needed. Sleeps 6. I liked the area. It was close to Sanibel, Fort Meyers, and Cape Coral but in a quiet location which is what I liked the most. They have a fantastic spa on the property as well.

We loved that it was out of the way of all the chaos in Ft. Myers Beach. Secluded, yet when on the property so much to do and great places to eat if we did not want to go out in the car. We would return again. Loved it all.

Close to sanibel

Visited for a week for sanibel condo rebuild due to hurricane Ian. This condo directly off island so avoided the mile long car backup each morning onto causeway and sanibel. Condo was clean. Great view. On second floor so used stairs rather than elevator. Elevators were slow. Beach was small. Did not use pool. FYI. Very windy all the time outside building due to constant crosswinds between Gulf and inland waterway. But overall great stay.

Great location, amenities and vacation rental experience.

Great location with access to lots of nice condo amenities (pool, beach, views), and nearby shops, restaurants, fishing pier, boat ramp/rentals. Condo was immaculatly clean and sanitized, with beautiful upgraded design and furnishings throughout. Interior and screened lanai every bit as nice as shown in photos! Very convenient arrival/departure loading zone with elevators. Probably the most organized vacation rental company we've experienced over 40 yrs of renting in SW Florida. The instruction manual and notifications found throughout condo are "unusually thorough and self explanatory." No need to make any of those bothersome calls to rental company during your stay. We will definitely rent again or refer to friends if in that area. Note: It would be really nice if owners of condo complex could develop some more shoreline or trail backwater fishing access.

Wonderful Accommodations and Fantastic View

This was our first time to the Ft. Myers/Sanibel area, and we had a very pleasant stay. The communication and ease of entry was fantastic, so we were able to arrive at a time convenient to us without hassle. The condo overall was well decorated and had fantastic view of the Gulf, with amazing sunsets. The beach out front was adequate for lounging, but we opted to drive into Ft. Myers for more room and atmosphere. Sanibel was a hop and a skip across the bridge, so the location is perfect if you want a blend of experiences. The condo had everything we needed already supplied. Sheets, towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Our kids really enjoyed their shower... it had multiple heads for full body coverage. There was plenty of room and televisions for us to not be on top of each other. We didn't dine out at any of the nearby restaurants, but there are a few within walking distance. The community pool and hot tub were awesome, and not over crowded. We also used the nearby tennis courts for some added fun. I would definitely stay here again, and am fortunate we were able to book last minute.

Beautiful Nightly Sunsets

Overall this unit is perfect. Clean, nicely decorated & perfectly located near Sanibel & Fort Myers. We highly enjoyed our time here & would definitely return. Although this is a waterfront property this is not a great area for getting in the water (more of a mud bottom with lots of plant life) & plan to drive to the beach. There are plenty within 5-10 min drive. Especially Sanibel Island but go early as it gets crowded. The pool however is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. Only two small issues for us: We traveled as two adult couples & 1 child so one bedroom with twin beds was inconvenient but we understand it’s use as a child’s room, and secondly the 10pm-8am quiet hours are not enforced with the worker’s around the condo so air compressors, etc occurred often during the early morning hours.

Nice family spot Location was great condo is great. Paper products were limited inside the condo be prepared if you fake-ation at this location. The view is terrific and the pool is wonderful but we really love the private beach

Wonderfully Comfortable, Beautiful Views

The condo is exactly as pictured, we enjoyed the stay very much. The absolutely only negative is the No-See-Um bugs, which have left large welts on our legs and arms. We weren't aware.
