And, just minutes to Sanibel Island and boat marinas. No fishing license necessary while fishing off the three private piers! Pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, tennis courts, grills on the common area of the complex.
Two bedroom, two bath, lovely maintained condo just 100 feet from the water. Comfortably sleeps 4; large screen tv in living area, main bedroom has tv on wall, fridge with ice maker, electric range and microwave. Move in ready, with kitchen supplies, linens and towels.
This is an adult, quiet community.
