Great location

The location is excellent. The condo is equipped with basic necessities plus beach gear. This condo may need updating, but everything is functional. It is well worth the price, especially when comparing to other rentals in the area.

Fabulous stay! Everything was perfect!!

Amazing! The sunsets, long walks on the beach, beach yoga, shell collecting, bike riding around Marco and delicious restaurants nearby. It was a perfectly relaxing vacation away from the stresses of city life. Our host, Bruce Ai, was responsive and super helpful. Great vacation! We’ll be back.

Great property. Great location. Must be best view on the property! Quick walk to beach! Early morning walk are a must! Close to restaurants! And groceries! Internet is a little spotty…but workable.Parking is very safe and accessible, Registration fee of $100/car seems a little steep! Very quiet. Overall great experience! Very responsive owner!

Great location and great view. Somewhat dated property

Beautiful ocean views from the 15th floor. The living area and kitchen are very adequate. People in this building are quite friendly. The bathrooms and carpet are a bit dated and the carpet needed to be cleaned. They have a gym, but it was closed because they ran out of cleaning material during the coronavirus pandemic.

Randall, thanks for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "Thanks for informing me that the carpet was dirty. And I am glad you enjoy the view from the 15th floor of a front unit. It is considered one of the best views of the entire complex. You will be happy to hear that I had hired on 3/24/20 a professional carpet cleaning company to clean and apply a protective coating to all carpet on March 24th, 2020 the first chance I had after your stay. From the pictures of before and after sent by the carpet company I am glad to report there is no more stain on the carpet as the cleaning company assured me and they have put additional coating to try to protect the carpet and to make it easier to clean in the future. I always hire a professional cleaning company to clean the carpet as soon as I have learned that guests have dirtied the carpet. I am sorry to hear that the condo closed the gym during your stay. great view, extremely worn out condo

we have stayed at tower 4 on other occasions while visiting Marco Island. the pictures on line showed a very spacious unit but when we arrived we saw the unit was filled with wall to ceiling mirrors. this is a cheap trick to make the unit look bigger. the best thing about this unit is the view. the wrap around balcony offers both beach and sunset views. from the 15th floor the views are spectacular. now the bad . the bedrooms both have carpeting which were filthy dirty. the kitchen was tiny and ill equipped. all the drawers were dirty and the unit lacked the basics. broiler pan had only 1 piece and could not be used. the can opener didn't work. no garbage can liners, no dish soap. most units we have rented have had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. the chairs in this unit looked like stuff people left behind and didn't even work. this unit needs a serious update from paint to furniture to flooring. the view was as advertised, the rest of the unit was a big disappointment!!!

Michael, thank you for your review. The homeowner has asked us to pass along the following message: "I am very sorry you were disappointed. I do have a policy to come to check the unit at least at the end of each high season. I do normally hire a professional carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet. As for the mirrors on the wall, it was the previous owner installed them about 20 years ago. I believe it was a fashionable thing to do then and the intention of the mirrors on the walls is to allow you to have a paramedic view of the Gulf and beach wherever you are in the living room/dining area. This front unit is the largest unit in the complex with the largest living/dining area and the longest wrap around balcony. I will double-check the kitchen supplies as soon as I have a chance. I am surprised to hear the can opener did not work as I have used it myself 3 months ago every day and it was working. I normally replace it as soon as I have learned about it. I have asked my cleaning lady in the future to leave one garbage liner in the garbage can and the 2nd one under the sink. I do keep some new beach chairs and umbrella in the owner's closet down the hallway just in case. I would have replaced them with the new ones from the owners' closet for you. And I will also ask the cleaning lady to double-check all the drawers and clean them if they are dirty. Again, I sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences you felt. I do wish you had informed me when you were still in the unit so I could correct some of them right away for you, which is always my policy. I do appreciate your letting me know as my guests are my eyes and ears and I always try to do my best and respond quickly to help my guests to enjoy their stay in the unit." Best, the Evolve Team

What an amazing view!

We had a tremendous trip to Marco Island, and genuinely loved staying in this unit. If you are looking for glitz and glam.. granite counter tops, stainless appliances, etc - look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a great prince on a well-kept condo that has the best views of the gulf, beach, and surrounding areas that you can find, this is the place to stay. The place was well kept and furnished, and we had no issues at all. The property owner was very helpful and accommodating, and made sure we had a great stay without intruding in any way. Did I mention that this place has an incredibly amazing view? Whether you are on the wrap-around balcony or viewing the outside through the plethora of windows, you won't be disappointed.

South Seas Tower 4

This condo was very clean! The layout and balcony was perfect for the four of us. One of the downfalls for us was the beach was a long walk from our tower. Marco Island is a very quiet place and South Seas Resort was the same. Great for relaxing! There is construction going on right now in tower 3 and 4 so that got very annoying after about the second day. Everyday from 9-5.

The view is beautiful and the condo is very spacious. The condo is very clean and the furniture is comfy. The WiFi is terrible as you could only get good service in master bedroom, but not a big deal. All faucets, especially in the kitchen need replaced as the cold water barely comes out and it sprays water everywhere. The dishwasher works but is not attached and has to be fiddled with to close. The toilet in the master bedroom randomly runs on and off. The blinds don't cover the doors as they are missing several of the sections. If you have small children or elderly staying, just be aware the walk to the beach is a good jaunt. The one thing I would suggest the owner purchase is a beach cart to take stuff to the beach. The pool is big and a great amenity, however the employee is a bit rude when enforcing the rules. My mom witnessed her yelling very loudly at a family that was just about to take out some food for their kids, instead of going over and telling them nicely that no food is allowed. The complex is very quiet and secure with a security gate and 24/7 coverage. Also be aware there is construction going on in the towers (especially Tower 3, this is 4) and is kind of annoying when waking to loud construction noises. That being said, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
