The place was exactly as listed. Great price for location. Off street parking was a plus. We had an issue with a gas smell, and the owner was quick to reply. We were leaving the next day so we turned off the gas and it didn’t impact our stay any further, but he indicated he would have it addressed upon departure.

Upon entering the property, we did not detect any odor of gas. We thoroughly checked the stove, and everything was functioning normally. During our visit, we noted this was the group's first time using a gas stove, so we were happy to clarify how it operates. For peace of mind, our gas lines are routinely inspected by a certified technician to ensure there are no leaks and that everything is working safely. The hosts were great and super responsive to messages. Everything was explained well and easy to follow for check-in. They gave lots of great food/bar recommendations which was great since we had never been in that area. Neighborhood was quiet and an easy drive into downtown DC. Photos are accurate and the home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows were provided. Also a fully stocked kitchen. I will definitely book this house again if ever back in the area.

The rooms were very clean. This property is in an established neighborhood. There were kids playing outside on bikes and neighbors sitting on their porches when we arrived. Friendly neighborhood. The host was one of the best I had the pleasure of knowing. He was kind and had snacks for us to enjoy while we got situated in the house. Excellent communication! Our family of 11 was so thankful and grateful for the hospitality!! Parking for our car was a plus!! Great stay!

We stayed at this townhouse during winter break and had a great experience. The location is excellent — it’s only about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown DC.The house was very clean, well organized, and spacious enough for our group of eight. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient.Most importantly, the host was incredibly nice and responsive. Communication was quick and smooth throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place!

GREAT place!!

The owners provided detailed information (general info, local grocery/pharmacy/restaurants etc.) and responded timely to messages. The house was clean, homey and felt safe…perfect home away from home☺️. If we ever come back to DC, we’ll definitely stay there again.

Lovely home

My family and I stayed at this home for a trip to the Smithsonian Institute Museums. It was perfect, just a short trip to the metro. We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were very clean and the owner was quickly responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the week

Very nice place for 6 adults for a week. Nice to have private off street parking. Easy drive to Metro Rail for access to museums and monuments. Property owner very responsive with questions whether it was with the unit or things to do in the DC area.

Excellent stay

Property was well taken care of and exactly as described. Communication with owners was excellent. We had 10 in our party and were comfortable. We appreciated the parking and home security and felt very safe the entire trip.

Lovely house

This three bedroom home in SE DC was a great Airbnb. It has two full kitchens! It is well-decorated and well stocked. There is parking for two cars, and very ample street parking.
