Our 1,500 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath Crimson Cliff townhome (Unit 5) is situated near the Animas River just 4 miles north of downtown Durango and 25 miles from Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutes). This home offers an ideal location with incomparable views of the Animas River Valley, and immediate access to the resort area without having to drive through town to get to trails, national forest land and the ski area.

The Durango Trolley stops right in front of the home every 20 minutes making it convenient to get downtown without having to drive or park.

The kitchen features high end appliances and central AC for the occasional warm summer days.

The Crimson Cliff complex includes a private park with sand volleyball court, playground equipment, nine-hole mini-golf, small pond, fire pit and a gravel walking track around the large lawn.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
