Heart of Downtown Durango - Pet Friendly Condo with Views - AC

Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo (La Plata Loft) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue

The condo was furnished with high end furnishings and the pull out sofa is from American Leather Sleeper, which is the most comfortable pull out sofa on the market. Additional amenities include as fast WIFI, in unit washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 2 small decks and one covered assigned parking space. Both bedrooms are on the second level of the condo - so if you prefer no or very few stairs, this condo is not a good option.

2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (2nd Floor)
Main Living Space - King Pull Out Sofa (Main Floor)

The front door to the condo is on the 2nd level so stairs are required from the the street entrance.

This condo is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Perfect spot to be close to downtown but not in the middle of the night scene. Super close to the railroad and the heart of everything. My only complaint is that the pull out couch mattress needs to be replaced. While I was not expecting it to be super comfortable, it was lumpy and showing signs of overuse

The central location of this property was exactly what we needed. The property was clean and the hosts responded quickly to any questions we had. One thing to note is that this is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property but the one and only closet in the condo did not have a place to hang clothes. There was only 1 small approximately 5 prong bathroom fixture. We were in town for a wedding and really didn't have any place to hang dresses or suits. It was equipped with 2 irons but no ironing board. I think adding some type of bar for clothes as well as an ironing board would be an easy fix. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We loved the area of the condo. It was quiet ,for the most part. Close to everything that we wanted to do. We had multiple vehicles, so being aboe to park cliae by was nice. We were quite comfortable with all that was offered in the condo. It felt safe and well lit. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location with plenty of space

This is a very clean and spacious townhome located in the heart of it all. It is great for a couple or small family. Views of mountains and city. Walking distance to everything you need. We would have no problem staying here again in the future.

Parking spots were tiny and 2nd bedroom was very small making it hard to accommodate 4 adults. All in all a great place to stay. Great location!

Perfect Spring Break spot

This was our second year in Durango for Spring Break, and this condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, but also for us to gather and enjoy time with one another. We will definitely be coming back!
