Downtown Solvang. We are the only approved short term vacation homes in the Tourist Related District. Simply park your car and you can walk to Solvang's restaurants, wine tasting rooms, breweries and gift shops. This is little Denmark in America.

The Danish house, new in 2014, is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms home which sleeps 4 – 8 guests. Granite counter tops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, wood floors, comfortably furnished your home away from home. Located in downtown Solvang, you can walk to Theater Fest, restaurants, tasting rooms and breweries. Catch the horse drawn trolley or the wine tour and enjoy a touch of Denmark in America. In addition, you are close to the finest restaurants and wineries of Santa Barbara County, we have nationally ranked golf courses of California, minutes away. Sandpiper, Rancho San Marcos, Alisal River and La Purisima Golf Course. Fishing at Lake Cachuma, or sea fishing at Refugio State Beach, kayaking at Santa Barbara Harbor, or hiking at Davy Brown's Campground. Many adventures to be found.
