It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back for an extended getaway the next time you visit the island!

Thank you so much for the 110% recommendation and glowing 5-star review! We are especially glad to hear that, as a solo traveler, you felt completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout your trip. Providing prompt, attentive communication and a spotless, stress-free setting from check-in to check-out is what we strive for every day. We’re thrilled you got to enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach, and we look forward to welcoming you back whenever you need another relaxing getaway!

So happy to hear you had a great stay

That is wonderful feedback—thank you! We are so pleased to hear that you found the amenities in good condition and that you enjoyed the truly incredible beach at our location. We also pride ourselves on providing clear communication and instructions leading up to and during your stay, so knowing that was appreciated means a lot to our team. We hope you'll choose us again the next time you are looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the recent updates and found the property so clean. It’s the little details—like having plenty of beach towels, a fan for a good night's sleep, and fresh filtered water—that we hope make our guests feel right at home. We’re so glad those amenities made a difference during your stay. We would love to host you again for another great getaway!

Thank you so much for your reservation

Thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure sharing our home with you. We’re thrilled that you enjoyed the Gulf views and felt the 'classy' atmosphere we’ve worked hard to create. We’d love to welcome you back to our little slice of paradise anytime!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are glad to hear that despite the kitchen items, you had a great stay with us. We sincerely appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the kitchen inventory. While we do provide a starter set of amenities, we completely understand how important basics like coffee filters and cookie sheets are—especially for families who prefer to cook and enjoy meals together at home rather than eating out every day. We have already shared your comments with our property care team to ensure this kitchen is fully restocked with these baking and brewing essentials right away. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for an even more seamless and well-equipped stay in the future!

Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We’re so glad the unit lived up to the photos and worked perfectly for your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you during such an exciting time as your retirement. We appreciate the note on the laundry location for future guests and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you. We would love a five star stay seeing as everything went well as our entire team works so hard for all of our guests

Thank you for your candid feedback regarding your stay. We are delighted to hear that you found the unit very clean and very nicely decorated! We work hard to ensure the comfort and aesthetic appeal of our properties. We certainly understand your preference for the added amenities that some other locations on the island provide. Since our unit is part of the association but not the resort program, the included guest amenities are those specific to our association (like the beach and pool access), which can sometimes differ from full resort packages. We appreciate you mentioning the value you placed on those extra touches and will review how we describe our amenities to ensure expectations are clearer before booking. We are truly pleased that you would choose to stay again, and we hope to host you soon for another great beach vacation!

Thank you so much for your review. I’ll definitely let the owner know about the mattress. They’re so difficult as it can be very subjective.

Thank you so much for your review. We work very hard to make sure each guest has a five star stay!

Thank you so much for your review. Sundial C408 is a wonderful rental property and we were so happy to share that with you. We’ll look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

Thank you so much! Sundial C408 is such a great spot

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for any confusion regarding the laundry facilities. We aim to be as transparent as possible in our listings, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While some of our units do feature in-suite laundry, others utilize shared facilities within the complex. We will review our property description immediately to ensure this is clearly specified so that future guests can plan accordingly. We hope that, despite this inconvenience, you were able to enjoy your stay on the island. We would love the chance to host you again in the future!

So sorry for the elevator issue. We’ve made the association aware. Very happy you did enjoy your stay and we’ll look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Thank you for the 4-star review and for your detailed feedback! I am so glad you enjoyed the comfortable bed, the lovely porch, and the unique beauty of our "no-high-rise" island. I sincerely appreciate you pointing out these specific details. Our goal at Dream Vacation Rentals is a "no-surprises" stay, and your suggestions for a physical 3-ring binder and better signage for the trash bins and coffee filters are excellent. We are actually in the process of updating our in-home guides, and I will make sure "quick-start" instructions for the TV and a "Local Gems" guide—including the Tiki Hut and ice cream shop—are front and center. I've also noted the request for more teaspoons, bathroom baskets, and rug tape. We’ll get those items addressed immediately to ensure the unit is perfectly stocked for the next guest. Thank you again for helping us improve. We would love to have you back for a seamless 5-star stay in the future!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are honored that you were among the first to enjoy the unit following the remodel. It is especially meaningful to hear that your husband, being a contractor himself, was impressed with the restoration work after Hurricane Ian—that is the highest compliment we could ask for! We appreciate your feedback regarding the resort amenities as well. While booking a private condo does operate differently than booking directly through the resort regarding pool and equipment access, we are so glad you were able to utilize the day passes and enjoy the food and drink vouchers. We are thrilled you loved the location and the convenience to Jerry’s. We can’t wait to welcome your family back again in the future!

Thank you for your review. Quite surprising as the water issue was sent over and we even allowed a late check out due to the issue. It was not a unit issue, but several buildings. They also had signs posted around the property. We also state in the listing what amenities you receive and what you aren’t able to use. The condo is not an efficiency. There is an accordion wall that can open or close making it a one bedroom or opened for a more open feel. That’s also clearly stated in the description and photos. We include a starter supply of soaps and paper products. All of that information is sent to you prior to arrival. Our team is also happy to assist with anything at all during your stay to make things as perfect as possible. While we aim for five stars each and every stay, we’ll have to work even harder to make sure everything hits the mark moving forward.

Thank you for your review. Very surprised as the furnishings are all in very nice shape. On the lower level is the beach equipment room with several chairs and umbrellas. We had our team go there as you stated the chairs were not beach chairs, but they are all the back pack style beach chairs and actually brand new. If you do prefer a certain type it may be a good idea that you bring those or rent. We certainly do our best to make sure everything is as perfect as possible and are disappointed if there’s ever anything less than five stars. We’ll work even harder to make things as perfect as possible.

We’d love to welcome you back
