The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need - dishes, utensils, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker. The kitchen opens to the Living Room via a breakfast bar.

Have stay here 3 times, good times. Lots of fish off the dock on yo-yo's.The 4 bedrooms was a plus. Only problem is that the maintenance has slip a bit just needs a little more attention. Over all it is a nice place to stay.

VERY peaceful stay!

This place is very peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to stay to "get away from it all"! We enjoyed our stay, fished off the dock and loved the view. Julie is also great with communication if needed.

Great place for family fishing trip!

Property has everything needed for a fun fishing weekend on Toledo Bend. Boat launch, covered outdoor area, electricity at water for charging batteries, nice clean house, and close to store.

Perfect for a group

Took a 4 day weekend getaway for a bachelor party. Plenty of places for everyone to sleep and the property was super nice. Long driveway that leads to a nice covered dock for fishing. The boat launch was convenient to go out on the water. I would come back to this place over and over again.

Golf Tournament

Our company sponsored a golf tournament nearby and we needed somewhere to stay for a couple of nights for several people. This worked out great. Plenty of room and amenities. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

This home was the absolute best. The area is very quite and the property is gorgeous. The home itself is very roomy! Mrs. Lisa was an amazing host! Answered all questions that were asked! Super friendly! Overall, I’d come back!

Peaceful Stay

Beautiful property ideal for fishing and kayaking. Outdoor amenities were spectacular. We were able to easily launched party barge from the private ramp. Banks were perfect for launching kayaks. Covered pier was so nice. For an older home, we had no complaints. Very clean and well supplied. Overall a great place to stay for family getaway.

Could use some renovations. Four bed rooms were great but really needs new refrigerator, fix soft spot in floors and a fish cleaning station. Great dock and private boat launch.

Memorial weekend getaway 2022

We had a great time, the home was clean and big enough to accommodate all 10 of us. The big wharf was a plus as we spent all of our time there, very relaxing. Beach area for kids Ages, 5, 9,10,13 and 15 was perfect for getting on and off Kayaks and swimming, they had a Blass. The grass wasn't cut when we got there but luckily they have awesome neighbors, who came and mowed it for us. We would definitely rent again.

What makes this property unique

The entire family can fish in the cove, off of the small pier or off of the large dock on the water while relaxing and enjoying the day! You can even fish at night! Use the lighted dock for night fishing. For extra fun, use my private boat launch for fishing or skiing! You may just want to relax by the fire pit while you are grilling on the charcoal grill!!!
