If you're looking for a tastefully decorated property with a great layout to vacation in with your family or friends, this is the place for you. With easy beach access just a quick two minute walk away, this home is sure to be your favorite holiday retreat. After a long day enjoying the soft sand of the pristine beach, jump in the car and drive two minutes to one of many great restaurants or coffee shops in Lincoln City. End your day watching the sunset while soaking in the luxurious hot tub, enjoy endless entertainment at nearby Chinook Winds Casino and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing. Bainbridge House

The property was amazing! Great location. The trails end beach had so few people our weekend,m that we almost had a private beach. The hot tub was well maintained. We loved the accessability to Lincoln City, trails, and those unobstructed beach sunsets. We will definitely stay again!

Birthday trip went great!

I stayed here with my close friends to celebrate my birthday and it was a great time. Everyone slept great in the cozy beds and watching the rain come down on the wide open windows was amazing. Plenty of fridge and table space for group meals and the hot tub was clean and hot.

Great location, large rental

Overall this was a great place for us. It is just a block from the beach and had more than enough space for our group of 8-9. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a great view of the ocean, as does the living room and hot tub. The kitchen could use a few more dishtowels, but otherwise we had everything we needed.

Amazing family weekend

It was the perfect house to host our family. My aging parents, step sisters and their partners and two young adult kids were there along with my 8 year old. It was the perfect distance from the beach and was just a delightful location for our reunion!

Home away from home.

My husband and I live in Oregon and 8 of my family from California had a wonderful stay at this beautiful ocean view property at Roads End. It was a vacation as we had the time to relax, bond with one another and at the same time did some sightseeing in nearby cities. It was a splendid family time. I certainly would recommend this place.

Great location and nice house

Perfect spot to stay on the North side of town. Walkable to the beach. Well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was dirty and they didn’t get there to fix it, but I'm confident it would have been fixed if we had a longer stay.

Family Getaway

The check in process was very easy. The home was clean and very close walk to the beach. The hot tub was not working when we got there but they were able to fix it during our stay. Overall, a very good experience and would absolutely rent here again!

Amazing weekend with friends !

Our stay at this property was amazing! The place was fully stocked with all of the dinnerware, glasses and mugs you could think of. The entire place was clean and in amazing condition. There was 11 of us staying at this property with a lot of room and everyone was comfortable. The fire place was nice and warm to sit in front of and listen to the waves at the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Lincoln city. The management company replied right away with any questions we had. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

View is amazing!

If you're looking for a low key weekend at the beach, this house was great! We rented it for a mom's getaway and enjoyed the hot tub and the view. We all agreed that we would not trust our children here because the deck was a little precarious - the railing seemed loose, and the hot tub was placed right on the edge as well. Don't expect a well appointed kitchen. There was no salt, no oil, no coffee, etc. But you will have plenty of cute beachy serving dishes and cups for any prepared food you bring.

There's not much group seating in the living room, only enough for 7 at the most, but the dining table and area were great! Thanks for fixing the TV in the master bedroom and the garbage disposal. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four couples had fun. As each couple entered the living room their first comment; What's with the old TV? We all expected a larger screen and high definition, especially for the Oregon/FSU game on Jan. 1. What a disappointment. The toaster toasted one side of the bread. The door lock out to the deck is very tempermental. One key for 8 people is awkward. We ran short of hot water after several showers in the morning. The shower handle in the basement is loose and unpredictable. Would prefer a place with better view of beach. Would return to Bainbridge is upgrades were made. Need of more comfy adult seating in living room.

Access & communication

The way to access the place never says "key code will not work before 4pm" we got there at 3:52pm and the door was not opening. We tried to call on Monday and got voicemail from the number provided. Please post a note saying before 4pm code will not work. Just start the code at 3:45pm so when people show up they are not trying to call or text. Place it in bold in the instructions. Also checking in at 4pm and leaving at 11am is 5 less hours out there. I know the place needs cleaned but if it's done early....let the people in. It's a small but nice gesture and a simple text to say it's ready would be a nice surprise. I know this will be shrugged off since the previous visitors stated that too but this is where you keep the consistency of what is wrong. Other than that the place was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the layout is excellent. The sunset is perfect off the balcony and there is entry of room in there for a family.

Great house!

Everything was as pictured and advertised. Bedrooms are spread through the three floors (we knew this from the listing) and all were great. I do wish it was a little more clear that the trundle bed area was in the loft area, which is open to the main floor. It worked fine for our situation, but the photo looked like a separate room. There are three full bathrooms, one on each level. The largest bathroom was on the level with the least amount of beds. Again, we are fine with this, but some might want to be aware. Location was great, it's a short walk to beach access, though the road may be a bit steep for some, so a quick drive might be needed. Parking is tight, but we were able to have three cars for our three families. Location is a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes drive from shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. View was excellent, the elevation of the road gave great views over the roofs of the other homes. We could see the sand and ocean from multiple areas in the house. Decor was BEAUTIFUL, house was CLEAN, furniture/beds were COMFY (we actually tried to find the brand of the couch because we all loved it so much!) and there was plenty of paper products supplied. Checkout/cleanup requirements were a BREEZE, and not overly involved. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and would recommend for families. Those with mobility issues might want to consider the stairs (the only way into the house is UP) and the steepness of the road itself for walking.

Great house, great views, great location!

Awesome home with amazing views and just a short walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed and was clean and ready for our arrival. Great place to make memories with friends and family and would absolutely stay here again!
