This property has the basics. Although, it’s older and in poor shape. The wicker furniture in bedroom was very dusty and bed was thick with dust bunnies around mattress bottom. The Meredith people did come to clean up, but didn’t bring a vacuum, the night stands and headboard had years of dust piled onto the wicker. Little things like the shower tracks were filthy, we asked that they come back to clean, which they did, it was improved after that.One living room pillow was so stained and dirty we barely wanted to touch it.The tv doesn’t really work to watch anything-no streaming on it that we could figure out.Hopefully the owners will be able to tidy it up so the next folks that decide to stay here have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Best part of our stay here was the access to the pool! Great pool, clean, the bathrooms there were nice and clean as well.

The overall Mt Bachelor property is great, but the unit itself was disappointing. We were greeted with by the occasional beeping of the carbon monoxide detector which had low batteries and had been unplugged and stuffed in the technology cabinet, presumably because it was beeping, making it hard to find. The listing failed to mention that the A/C is a portable unit located in the living room. The unit not is not only loud, making it hard to be in the room while it’s running, it also doesn’t cool the bedroom I’m sure this isn’t a problem most of the year, but in mid-July when it’s over 90 outside it’s not enjoyable. The carpet is dirty and the general presentation feels haphazard, things like extra bedding on the floor in the bedroom closet and the technology cabinet not well organized.

We do state on the listing that the A/C unit is portable, but I'm sincerely sorry that it was loud and ineffective during your stay. We will look into installing it in the bedroom instead. I’ve shared your comments with housekeeping and maintenance so the carpet receives a deep clean and the technology cabinet is reorganized, too. Ski Weekend Trip

Nice location for hopping on the road and getting up the mountain easy and quick. We enjoyed the resort amenities. The kitchen is small but functional for cooking meal for a small family.

Great space for a concert trip.

Although the condo was dated it was clean except the carpet very stained. Suggest putting in laminate for cleanliness.

Basic and pleasant

Lovely setting under the pine forest canopy. Comfortable unit with all the basics. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishware. Nice configuration of bathroom sinks separate from tub/toilet room, for greater utility. Front-door lock keypad a bit tricky but secure and functional.

Great value

This was a peaceful place to stay, yet close to all of the Bend amenities. The place was comfortable. The only real drawback was that there was not a fitted sheet on the bed. In addition, Hot tub At the clubhouse was not hot. One night, there was an incredible amount of noise from the condo above us, but the other three nights it was quiet.
