When hurricane hits, this condo is inland, damage risk is filtered by the distance and river from the sea. Close enough to enjoy the sea, far enough from the danger.
Night view is colorful, not only the black sea on the beach. That's why I chose this condo:)
Running on the treadmill facing water and beautiful view:)
There are plenty activities around for you to choose:)
