Separate upstairs guest suite (890 ft2) totally remodeled in 2015 (with front & back entrances) in a historic neighborhood home. Walkable to Vanderbilt, Parthenon/Centennial Park, Hillsboro Village, West End. Within 3 miles of downtown & Music Row. Large bedroom with separate sitting area and twin daybed, living room with a fold-out couch (twin size) and desk/office in an alcove, dining room, full kitchen, and bathroom. Large outside balcony from the front entrance plus a 2nd entrance from the backyard with use of backyard and patio furniture. Space for 1 car under carport plus public street parking. Use of washer/dryer in basement if needed.

The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Mr Joe had excellent communication. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend in Nashville. The apartment felt very safe and was in a wonderful location for visiting our son who attends Belmont. We will stay again!

Home away from home

Clean, cozy, and quiet. Perfect if you want to be out of the Broadway area but still close enough to walk or get a reasonable ride share. Joe's a friendly host and we highly recommend

Our host Joe was wonderful. The location is just perfect for us so close to downtown, highways, local neighborhoods for food and drink. Our rental had everything we needed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again if traveling to Nashville.

All good!

Everything as promised, and very clean, comfortable and convenient! Bonus: lots of bright lighting inside, which is hard to find in lodgings these days. (But lots of windows with good natural light as well.) Joe the owner was a great, responsive communicator and friendly in person. The off-street parking he designated behind the house was another plus.

Great Location

This was the perfect location for a football weekend at Vanderbilt. Easy walk to the game. Neighborhood was very nice and easy to get anywhere. The house was comfortable, had plenty of room and had everything we needed. Joe was very welcoming and had good recommendations
