Original Keweenaw mining house modernly re-purposed for your stay in the Keweenaw! Location is right on US41 for easy access.

Swedetown trails - 5 minutes

Enjoy the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with gas range that flows into the dining area with a coffee bar. Open living room has a large Roku TV. Upstairs den also has a large TV. All beds in the three bedrooms have blankets and pillows with extra blankets provided. Outside there is a patio in the backyard where you can enjoy a fire pit and grill (only available during the summer months). Large driveway can fit four cars.

Also known as Red Jacket, the local village includes the Calumet Downtown Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Family gathering

Great location for everything needed airport, college, and Lake Superior. Grocery store was less than five minutes away. House was clean and well stocked.

Great stay

We came up for hockey camp at Michigan tech. The property was about 20 min away from camp so it was perfect. We also loved that there was a spot where we could hang all of our sons hockey gear to dry that was out of our way. Communication was great and we were happy that she made suggestions on things to do, places to eat. Etc. We are looking forward to next year to explore more of copper country!!
