About this property
Cute Waterfront House on Lake Superior
Stunning views are yours from this cute house located right on Lake Superior. 2 bedrooms with 1 full bathroom with a bathtub and one-half bath off the master bedroom provide comfort and convenience; with all rooms having a view of the lake. The best room of the house is the windowed and screened-in porch facing the water offering a relaxing spot for watching the sunrise, playing cards, games or simply enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
A comfortable queen-size bed is in the master bedroom and a full-size bed is in the second bedroom; both have ample closet space. A large separate garage offers a sheltered place to park as well as containing the toys available such as two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard (SUP), two adult bikes, and a child's bike. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything one might need such as pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, crockpot, etc. A full-size washer and dryer are ready for use.
Another fantastic feature of the house location is its proximity to Mink Farm Park and Beach being only 3 doors down or about 300 feet. Big Traverse Bay is known for its great expanse and soft sand providing lots of opportunities to play in the sand or water, or take a stroll down the beach. As if a beach weren't enough, the park provides a playset to amuse the children as well.
There is much open space presenting opportunities for blueberry picking in the late summer or fall and wildlife viewing; sandhill cranes, bald eagles, deer, turkeys, ducks and geese are regularly seen.
