At the Beach! Fantastic Views! Sunrises & Sunsets in Sea Isle City, NJ!

Relax, unwind, the living is easy!
Come and stay at our home on Landis Avenue in the north end of Sea Isle City, NJ with the absolute best views on the island, This home is surrounded by open vistas and sounds of the ocean and bay. Since there are no houses in front or behind us, you'll enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and bay. Check out the roof deck, a separate place to relax with fabulous views up and down the shore, stretching from Atlantic City, Ocean City, Strathmere, Sea Isle City through to Avalon. In 2023 we finished a beautiful new kitchen! There's also new siding and decks on the exterior. You'll find central air with cathedral ceilings and amenities like Comcast HD TV with premium channels/high speed internet. There are so many things to do, in and around Sea Isle! Plus we're centrally located on the New Jersey Cape with only a few minutes to Ocean City, Stone Harbor and the lighthouse in Cape May.

We have updated the flooring and did some renovating! All 4 bedrooms have ocean views and cable TV!

Fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean waves.

Excellent property! Almost private beach!

Our entire family enjoyed the vacation entirely and the home was the best part. The ease of access to the beautiful beach, set away from the main part of town made the experience even more rewarding. The house was well maintained and the owners very responsive. We were also blessed with great weather and surf fishing!!

Great location and overall structure. The bathroom situation is unbalanced and awkward. The oversized whirlpool tub must be great for the off season, but not much use in summer. An enclosed outdoor shower would be a massive improvement; seems to be plenty of space. The property could use a deep cleaning--baseboards, cobwebs, dust bunnies, etc.The electric grill was not clean and therefore dangerous. It needs degreasing often.The property is a beach-lovers dream, but for the price, it should be nearly pristine.

Fun Week

My experience was great. There were so many fun activities for my grandson and most were close to Sea Isle. The location of the property was away from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

First time in Sea Isle

We usually rent in Ocean City. We went to this location in Sea Isle as we thought the beach would be less crowded, and it was. The house had great views of the ocean and the intercoastal waterway. We had a great week. The owner was very responsive when we had a question.
