Designed specifically for family vacations, this Sea Isle City shore home gives kids their own dorm-style retreat while adults enjoy comfortable bedrooms, large living and dining rooms, wrap around porches, and an easy 2-minute walk to the beach. Ideal for parents, grandparents, and cousins vacationing together in a quiet, family-friendly setting.
Located conveniently within short walking distance of local gem restaurants, the amazing ice cream stand, grocery store, gym and the Sea Isle City promenade. The Jitney, our Sea Isle City bus, picks up right in front of the house for transportation downtown or anywhere else on the island.

•Adjacent stone yard for additional parking/outdoor games
•FREE street parking
•Professionally cleaned between every rental
•Beach tags NOT provided but easily purchased on the beach ($15 for entire week)
•Saturday-Saturday 7-day minimum stay during summer
•Three-night minimum stay in off season (reduced rates!!)
•We do not rent to groups below the age of 25

The saying "They don't build 'em like they used to" is a perfect description for The Sand Castle. It is literally the OLDEST house south of 57th street on the entire island. Surviving everything from the infamous Storm of 1962 to Hurricane Sandy, this house has seen it all. If you are looking for a unique, classic, old time Victorian shore home but updated to modern vacation standards, we would love to welcome you into our home.
