The spacious villa is located on a hill near the sea and offers a 180 ° sea view. 4000m² of land with olive trees and large terraces ensure an undisturbed holiday. On 320m² you will find six separate accessible bedrooms (one with outside access) with private bathroom and a 70m ² living / dining area including a fully equipped kitchen (totally renewed 2024). A separate utility room (additional refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, sink) and a garage to facilitate the self-catering. All bedrooms and living/dining aerea have air conditioning.
Daily service can be organized. You can use the barbecue for romantic evenings.
