As soon as you walk into this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey, holiday rental, you can immediately tell that the owner has put a lot of effort into preparing this house for your comfort.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, (2 x Queen and 2 single beds) bathroom and kids living area. Upstairs offers the master bedroom with ensuite, a spacious open living, dining and kitchen which open onto a large balcony with BBQ.
The kitchen is modern and well stocked with an electric cook top, underbench oven,dishwasher and microwave.

Linen supplied and beds made.
Cleaning:
Cleaning is included in the tariff at this property.

* Pets allowed. No more than 2 dogs. Fully fenced back yard.
* If Wifi is offered it is a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
* To ensure the comfort of guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ''Schoolies'' breaks/under 21 yrs groups.
